President's Letter - September 2010

Tampa, Fla., September 03, 2010 / American Fiber Green Products, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AFBG) Someone once wrote that there is no greater burden than a great potential!

That feeling has been my experience for several years now as we have attempted to implement the business plan of Amour Fiber Core, Inc. and make the benefits of fiberglass recycling known.

The POTENTIAL revenue is hundreds of millions of dollars.

The POTENTIAL benefit to the environment is immeasurable!

Our burden is having THE SOLUTION to a worldwide problem
and not being able to reach our potential because of lack of
funding in this staggering world economy.

More specifically, we have not been willing to compromise the integrity

of the company’s capital structure for instant gratification.

Now the time has come and we are prepared to start the ball rolling.

We have slowly and methodically worked to spread the news around the world that American Fiber Green Products, Inc. has THE SOLUTION in Amour Fiber Core and the anticipation is building. Almost every week the Company is being contacted by someone in the fiberglass industry seeking to attain "green status’ or ‘landfill free’ status.

Our unique and patented process and processor captures their attention.

The Company has been in discussions with some of the largest fiberglass manufacturers and producers in the United States with great progress. In addition, we have been contacted to consider recycling opportunities in Australia, China and Europe. Worldwide, scrapped fiberglass has become a major problem with no one able to meet the need.

THE SOLUTION is AFBG’s Amour Fiber Core.

Look for joint venture and contractual agreements over the next few months with highly regarded corporations and other substantial entities.

The lagging economy has caused the Company to minimize marketing efforts for American Leisure Products for the last eighteen (18) months. However, the time has been used to continue to make design modifications and improvements to the tooling. Additionally, management has reviewed and continues to explore alternative power sources for its vintage replicars in continuation of the Company’s ‘green’ theme.

It is anticipated that over the next six to twelve months,
the Company will achieve four major milestones:

a major funding;

commencement of recycling

at least two (2) key acquisitions in the fiberglass industry

stock liquidity and appreciation

What should shareholders expect as a result?

Expect a share price that reflects those successes at multiples of today’s prices.

At the time of this writing, management continues ongoing discussions for substantial funding. These funding possibilities are in the eleventh hour of discussions. Potential funding is being discussed from both domestic and foreign sources and involves both debt and equity.

The company has been very quiet during the past twenty four (24) months. The reason has been the disheartening economic climate that has prevailed during that period. Without proper funding, management felt that it would be irresponsible to encourage buying activity that would be unsustainable. That decision has allowed management to keep the capital structure manageable.

We are now comfortable that our time has come.

In anticipation of funding, the Company is prepared to keep current shareholders and potential investors apprised of the Company’s progress. We believe that with each new announcement, our following will increase.

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - 12/13/10) - American Fiber Green Products, Inc. (OTC.BB:AFBG - News) -- The Company spokesman today revealed plans to open multiple fiberglass recycling collection points around the continental U S.

AFBG Chairman Kenneth McCleave announced today that negotiations have opened on several different fronts to open strategically placed fiberglass recycling facilities in preparation for fully operational manufacturing facilities in 2011 and 2012. According to McCleave, these facilities will receive waste fiberglass and resin from manufacturers and waste facilities all around the country for fees. It will then be broken into manageable pieces to be used in the patented Amour process and processor to create new recycled products.

McCleave stated, "Our CEO and President, Dan Hefner, has been at point to locate these sites. Currently sites are being considered in California, Washington, Utah, Kansas, Florida, Pennsylvania and Georgia. Additional sites are being considered for Michigan, Illinois, Tennessee, Mississippi and Texas."

Hefner commented, "Since our last President's Letter, we have been actively seeking adequate funding to allow a major push in 2011 toward establishing our network of fiberglass recycling facilities. The first step in doing so is identifying locations of sufficient waste production whereby the tipping fees generated will produce adequate cash flow to make the operations profitable in anticipation of the actual production facility. We are considering purchases, leases, joint ventures and state economic development opportunities. We will accelerate our discussions following the holidays."

Hefner stated that he sees the coming year as the appointed time for the exclusive fiberglass ability of American Fiber Green Products, Inc. subsidiary, Amour Fiber Core, Inc. to make strides to fulfill its business model of removing fiberglass from landfill destinations to recycling into environmentally friendly replacement for pressure treated wood, concrete and even steel in many applications. He further remarked that every job created will be a new job creation since no similar operation is in existence.
