Weird - it had been down for me all day, but I just logged in and made a trade no problem.

Iwas able to get in a few time today. but not right now.

Its more than a little annoying, it cost me money today. I couldnt even phone in as I kept getting a busy signal. Ill be looking into moving to another platform...

Yea but what happens when that platform goes down for a day? You going to move to another one?

I have used CIBC IE and TD and both from time to time have gone down ...

I guess no broker is immune to outages. Are you guys going to call and complain to customer service? maybe you can get some of your losses back.

Why bother,,,need to read the fine print,,,they are not responsible for any outage.But could get a few free trades if you bitch enough about it.
