ACH transfer in - instant availability?

I used to have Scottrade, and when I would set up an ACH transfer from my bank to the trading account, the funds will be available to trade with a few minutes after the request. Is there another online brokerage who will make ACH transfer funds available immediately in your trading account? I have TOS and optionshouse now and they both make you wait a few days.

Just to clarify.
ST does do that but. If you have a cash account the funds are condidered unsettled. With a margin account it's not a problem.

TOS makes you wait, dunno why. its not like u can cancel it.
wire is instant with them.

ST i thought takes a few days also..

I use ETRADE for 99% of my banking now. Deposit my paycheck in my local bank, then ACH to ETRADE. My funds are availible on receipt. Have a debit card and ETRADE checks and pay bills from that acct. - no problems at all..
