Looking through here I think I am doing pretty good, not sure the % that pop next day but maybe 55% of mine- yell at me if I am wrong-
PPJE I told a couple friends to pick up at .0002/1 but a month or so early-oops, learned a few things since then- it still had a little pop from when I posted though.

Trying to be conservative as proper trade execution is difficult, to say the least.
I think I am up at least 200%.
In regular stocks you should be happy if you pick up 10% in a trade and keep your losses in check but the .0 .00 and .000 trades can take you down 50% to 100% instantly so you need to risk less on those or just not play them.
For instance KKUR .0002 might be a scam, you might lose 100% or make 100% to 1000% on a pump and dump, or if it's not a scam- very unlikely, but happens from time to time, 10,000% and more.
If you spend $200 on 5 of these you need to make $1000 which means you need to take 1000% profit on 1 or a couple 500%ers just to break even, but if you pick the right ones when you see the action happening rightly...
