Which online brokers allow pre-market trading?

Thread Starter
I`ve seen many stocks start trading hours before the opening and i was curious which of the bigger online brokers allow this? I have Zecco myself and they don`t allow neither pre-market or after hours trading.
Also, does the pre-market trading goes for all the different markets?

I heard something about E-Trade offering it but i`m not sure, anyone know?

Extended Hours Trading / ECN Fees

An additional cost of $0.003 per share is incurred to trade on the ECN during the extended-hours sessions – from 7:00AM EST - 9:30AM EST pre-market and 4:00PM EST - 8:00PM EST after hours. How do you participate? Simply choose the extended-hours feature (DAY+) and the direct destination (NSDQ or ARCA ) on our easy to use trading system when submitting your order. NSDQ or ARCA commission surcharge = $0.003 per share.

I know thinkorswim allows premarket and after hours trading with no additional fees.
Scottrade does NOT offer any extended hours trading.

How do you view the after hours trading chart and does the after hours trading effect what you see in the morning when the regular trading begins?

I know this is an old thread but maybe it will help someone. TradeKing allows both PM and AH trading. AH is only good until 5:00 PM but they told me that they are planning on extending the hours.
