Great time to buy, IMHO. This is ready to make another move and this could be as low as we might see this for some time or even ever.

The secondary ticket market for VIP seats and admission to sold-out events – once viewed as the somewhat shady business of scalping – is now a slick, technologically-driven, highly competitive multi-billion industry.

Wall Street and the private equity crowd have already caught on to the fact that the big fish is cruising for smaller fish. It's spawned a consolidation movement among the smaller resellers racing to put on enough weight to attract a bite from Ticketmaster. And in the Northeast, CitySide Tickets Inc. (CIST PK) is already looking like Ticketmaster's next acquisition, an event that could easily jump this under-50-cent stock to $2.50 - $3.50 overnight. I'll show you the numbers as you read on.

Cist is trading within its Bollinger Bands which is a healthy sign for a stock.

Get ready for a buyout. Ticketmaster already paid $265 million for TicketsNow and $123 million for a 30% share of Front Line Management, a major concert manager. In two separate and private deals, the company has also paid untold millions for VIP ticket seller SLO Limited and GET ME IN, another online ticket reseller.

BOSTON, Mar 11, 2010 -- CitySide Tickets, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CIST), which owns and operates www.CitySidetickets.com, a nationwide event ticket purchasing venue that caters to a diverse selection of popular theater, music, and sporting events, today announces that the company will be forming CitySide Entertainment for the purpose of promoting and sponsoring Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) events.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) attracts a youthful demographic, with a good portion between the ages of 18-24. While the techniques of MMA are not particularly innovative, it's the distinct combination of martial arts forms that has captured the attention of sports enthusiasts. According to Scarborough Sports Marketing, a sports fan research firm, MMA fans are also 15 percent more likely than the average American adult to have a household income of $75k+ and 10 percent more likely to own a second home. Building itself as a mainstream competitive sport, MMA is now a multimillion-dollar industry. It can be found on pay-per-view television, as well as in thousands of training halls across the United States.

Company CEO Michael DeAmicis stated, "Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) has become one of the fastest growing sports in the United States. With our focus of becoming a major player in the event ticket market, it only made sense to include MMA in our business strategy. With the formation of CitySide Entertainment, we will attempt to leverage the rapid growth within the MMA industry to further expand our influence in the larger entertainment industry." About CitySide Tickets, Inc.

CitySide Tickets, Inc. is positioning itself to become a major player in the event ticket market. I'm bumping this shiznit. Volume the last 3 days has been up big time, with today's providing a ton of buys. Something up? Pincher forming on the charts too.
Jumped in this morning at .052 for 33,800 shares. It's trying to run.

I thought I lost it when it jumped to .07 right away at open.

According to that filing, part of the reason for the drop off was because of outstanding convertible notes as well as paying for the domain they bought to use for their site.

Ouch. Down to 0.0349 right now. Wonder if now is a good time to buy more? Didnt think it was going to go lower than when I bought in at .5 the other day.
