Iran set to stun the world

I'm sure you guys have read the news over the past few days that Iran will stun the world. Anyone want to speculate on what they have planned for 2/11/2010. Touch off a nuke maybe. Convert to Christianity? Any ideas.

Iran is working on increasing the strength of their uranium projects. I suspect it may have something to do with that. Oh boy- we have nukes!

I say its a nuclear tipped peace-missile.

That or they are launching a camel into orbit as part of their new space program.

They'll probably claim they have a nuke. It'll be complete BS just like when photo-shopped those alleged missiles blasting off. They realize that Israel is about to strike.

I think that they wouldn't claim having one without actually detonating one. I hope the don't do something like this.

I think it would be great. That's the only way we're going to get off the Arab oil. Short term bad, but long term we would really help and expand our economy by moving rapidly to alternative energy. Money is the only thing Americans understand.

not good...especially in this economy...maybe 5 years down the road when the "failed package" kicks in? jk...definitely not now...that would kill what little progress has been made in recovering from this recession

You're probably right, but it would cause us to act as we did last year with 3 + gas. We've had the warning since the 70's. Also, higher oil prices will make it profitable to drill here.

Liberals are so full of magic its frightening.

Their foreign policy is all about magic. If we just wish hard enough, the world will love us.

And apparently their economics is filled with magic too. If we just make it impossible for people to use gas, magically, we'll get ourselves an alternative.

Maybe that's what we could do with Health Care? Deny everyone health care until magically no one is unhealthy anymore?

We have had alternatives for decades.. We failed to act on it as gas was too cheap for our greedy and self serving asses.
