Response Oncology, Inc. Reports Its Intention to Pursue A Liquidating Plan Of Reorganization
Wednesday, 3 Apr 2002 08:02am EST

Response Oncology, Inc. announced that it intends to pursue a liquidating plan to be filed on or before April 30, 2002. Under the terms of the plan, the Company does not expect that there will be any recovery for equity holders. Numerous sales transactions are currently pending before the Bankruptcy Court that will result in the disposal of substantially all of the operating assets of the Company. The Company currently has approximately $25 million in secured debt and approximately $17.5 million in scheduled pre-petition unsecured debt that requires satisfaction before any recovery would be available for equity holders. Based on the anticipated proceeds from the pending sales transactions and the remaining assets of the Company, there is no reasonable possibility of recovery for the equity class.

apparently it is a shell stock as the business descriptions say. as of the last filings the OS is quite low also. anything can happen going forward including nothing at all.

OS = "12,178,701 shares as of June 17, 2002."

OS taken from 10q filing received 6/25/02

it also filed a form 15-12g in 2002

"What Does SEC Form 15-12G Mean?"
