Should be one hell of a gap in the A.M. Weeeeeeeee!
I'm thinkin we open tomorrow around .015 and should test close to .02 or maybe even close to .025.

I'd even be satisfied if we hit .03 but I'd love to bust that .04 like others have said!!

How much has this been shorted?

Obviously the shorting is over now and they've started to cover.

You got a link?

Does anyone have a clear idea of the number of shares outstanding?

The last 10-Q states that there was 47,295,646 shares outstanding as of November 15, 2009.

I couldn't find any news about additional shares, but perhaps there are those that are out there that have better information than me.

Also, it is kind of hard to believe that we could trade 250 Million shares if there are only 50 Million outstanding.

Edit: I found this:

Quote:
In October 2009, the Company entered into agreements to convert approximately $1.2 million in accrued salaries, expenses and accounts payable into restricted shares of the Company’s common stock. It is expected that the common shares will be issued in the fourth quarter of 2009.
But that's all that i could locate that might not be included.

Revenues were up 5400% last quarter of 2009. can you amadgine what they will be like later this year? on that facct alone this should see .04-.05 IMO

I know this is only a 5 page thread (unless you've set it up to show more posts per page) but I don't want to search through to find the specific information. Explain in detail, but succinctly, what you mean by this. Thanks.

1 dividend share for every 1000 shares of common you hold. record date on april 15th. added into the many things i guess. i have no idea what you know or how far you have went back. Time Warner Deal is the main kicker, just alot of other good things going on to insure a solid run. JMO

this has to be taken into context.

Artfest International generated revenue of $1.1 Million for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2009 as compared to revenue of $20,000 for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2008....or less than $7k a month for the quarter.

re: the artfest direct

Artfest International recently announced that all Artfest International Shareholders of Record as of April 15 will receive 1 share of Artfest Direct valued at $10 per share for every 1000 shares they own of Artfest International (ARTS) on the record date. The Company will be conducting an offering of Artfest Direct shares at $10.00 per share and Artfest Direct will be capitalized with 10 million shares outstanding. The Company's goal is to raise $10 million for the acquisition of additional fine art and sports memorabilia which will be offered directly to the public. Artfest International will be announcing details for the complete spin off and Public Offering of Artfest Direct in the near future.

1 share of arts direct for every 1000 of artfest international. around that time the value was around .001. roughly. my interpretation of the #'s...
1 ad= 1000 ai
ai=$.001
1 ad= $1
however, they want you to believe that you are getting $10 in ad for every $1 you had in ai...laughing yet?

ad will be offering 10mil share. unrealistically the 10mil*$10 =$100mil.
the company's goal is to raise $10mil. using the fancy math they did, that leaves them with $90mil still floating around right?

using my math, those 1ad at $1, not $10, gets them the $10mil they want to raise.

i might be completely off though. i just dont see how the numbers add up to be realistic

just checked the sec website, filed extension on 31 march for 10k.
but, on the 25th they released q4 numbers?

Using the numbers they provide, it seems that they are saying that you get $.01 of a dividend for each share.

Of course, you are right in pointing out that there $10 x 10 Million is far greater than the $10 Million they want.

Which leads me to wonder if you are correct.

I think it is rather common for news on revenues and net income to be released even though the 10k (or 10q) is delayed. I don't see that being a concern.

What they are probably doing is ensuring that numbers, statements and such are correct.

The biggest concern as of now is how many shares are actually oustanding. Cause that would actually affect how many shares needed to be sold to have 10 Million outstanding.

This is an issue because one of the deals previously used the valuation of $1 per share to pay for something that the company owned post split ..... I don't think they made it that high (isn't $0.25 the yearly high?). If we use $0.10 there could be 40 Million shares outstanding from the deal alone.

Although the last 10q stated 47.3 Million Shares outstanding at a date after the transaction, I feel like it might not be accurate.

It would be nice if we had some official document that stated the number of shares outstanding, but that doesn't come until next week. More than likely after the dividend date; which would likely be better explained in the 10k (hopefully) as well.
The purpose of a dividend is to return profits to investors. It does not matter what the pps is at any certain date nor is it affected by the a/s or o/s. It is directly and solely based on profits.

Here is the definition copied from investopedia...
Quote:
When a company earns profits from operations, management can do one of two things with the profits. It can choose to retain them - essentially*reinvesting them into the company with the hope of creating more profits and thus further stock appreciation. The other alternative is to distribute a portion of the profits to shareholders in the form of dividends. (Management can also opt to repurchase some of its own shares - a move that would also benefit shareholders
So their direct dividend offering of $10 per every 1000 shares is really the same as saying there giving us a dividend of $.01 / share. That does not matter, what matters is they are profitable enough to give back to the shareholdes.

does anyone think this will take another un today?
airs, we both understand that, but there's something more going on than the perceived "dividend" imo. im not saying this is spongetech 2.0 as evidenced by the huge deal announced yesterday, but it's one of those things that sit funny.
that said, lets make some money huh
way to strong yesterday for it not to continue. chart say so, and chart says .04 maybe coming real soon. JMO

I love when OTCBB stocks have premarket action. That usually means a good day ahead.

Right now...70K shares at .014 <--Looks like we gap up to .014
