Overall management is doing a good job, but like 99% of ALL equities, EOR is getting sold off from fear of a possible double dip in the world economies. The sell is off is more accelerated for juniors and penny stocks as they are deemed the most risky.

Bonds yields are now the lowest they have been since the worst of the down turn as investors pull their money out of the equity markets and move the money into the debt markets bidding up bond prices.

The sell off happened weeks ago. The SP has more to do with management and the compliance order than the world economies. Now we have another deadline. Anybody know anything about well 114? Anybody know the deadline date? Didn't think so. Gotta love how this management communicates openly with shareholders.

FYI for people who might have missed it, the equities markets begun selling off in late April with May being one of the worst months going back a long while.

For those that follow the equities markets they would well be aware of this, but for those that perhaps only invest in one or two stocks might think it has something to do with their specific holdings, which for the most part is not the case.

Very few juniors are trading any where near where they were 6 weeks ago ... I am lucky enough to have had SEL triple in that time frame, but it has been the exception.

These are volatile times for investing in penny stocks and those that do not have the stomach for it perhaps should switch to GICs until the markets return to a more favorable condition for this types of investments (jmho).

I would think one would want to know more about this stock rather than the overall general market.

Right now the company is trying to build up cash from cashflow or raise cash to rework 2 more wells on the Crossroads lease. The 101 is shut in waiting for surface equipment...est cost $500k. It is capable of producing 160BOE. 60 Barrels of oil and 600,000 CF gas, equates to approx $7000 a day. Originally when drilled the gas was flared due to non-marketability. A separate tank battery is planned for this well because it is producing from a separate different zone which in turn may require them to switch one of the injector wells (104) to a different zone to dispose of the water. That will require OCD approval. A map of the area shows a pipeline runs through the property. Currently the 101 is shut-in and showing 1850 psi on the gauge.

The other well is the 106. Not much is know as it has been inactive and does not have a pump jack. It is located just south of the 101, so I expect good things out of it.

IMO, if we got these wells online we would be increasing the value of the stock and contradicting the overall market trend. Since I own this stock, that is all I care about.

I will explain Milnesand well 114 another time.

Call or email Don Currie, I sure he will explain all this to you.

Even if/when we do get good news the stock price may well remain in limbo until the general markets clam down ... if the blue chip energy stocks like cresent point or canadian national resources can't fight the down trend you can't expect a little junior producer like EOR to buck the trend, but as mentioned before there are exceptions.

To be a successful investor you have to pay attention to the overall markets as otherwise you don't have a clue as to why a stock you own is trending down and you may draw the wrong conclusion.

Also OIL as a commodity has a seasonality trade to it and this is not the season the for strong oil prices (November to May is OIL's best performing period).

On the other hand Natural Gas is entering into it's strong season (August to December).

For myself I lighted up my oil holding a couple of months ago and have been buying into Nat Gas plays.

An area not discussed about Enhanced Oil Resources is the JV agreement they have with Greenfire Energy. The agreement was entered into about a year ago and has been very low profile. Just thought this might be of interest.

"The U.S. Department of Energy (“DOE”) today announced up to $20 million for research, development, and demonstration of cutting-edge geothermal technologies. DOE want projects that demonstrate the technical and economic feasibility of certain non-conventional geothermal energy technologies, such as low-temperature fluids, geothermal fluids recovered from oil and gas wells, and highly pressurized geothermal fluids.

Specifically, the funds will be allocated to research in the following areas:

* Low-temperature geothermal fluids at temperatures up to 300° Fahrenheit (F) or approximately 150° Celsius (C).

* Geothermal fluids produced from productive, unproductive, or marginal oil and gas wells, mining operations or other hydrocarbon or mineral extraction processes.

* Highly pressurized or "geopressured" fluid resources that show potential for cost-effective recovery of heat, kinetic energy, and gas.

* Innovative cooling systems; systems with more efficient heat exchanging materials or systems that maximize energy output through a combination of electricity generation and direct-heat technologies.

All US entities are eligible including universities, nonprofit and for-profit private entities, State and local governments and federally funded contractors. The cost share is 20%. Applications are due July 9, 2010."

Enhanced Oil Resources Inc. Provides Operations Update

HOUSTON, July 13 /CNW/ - Enhanced Oil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: EOR) today provides the following update on operational activity.

As previously reported, the Company had been working to upgrade the water handling capacity at the Crossroads Siluro-Devonian Unit in Lea County, New Mexico and that water injection recommenced at Crossroads in early June. Over the last month, production wells have been brought back on production, with production rates stabilizing over the last 2 weeks at Crossroads at a daily rate of 450 bopd. Total Company production for the same period has averaged 530 bopd. The No. 304 water injection well is performing as expected and has averaged an injection rate of approximately 6,800 barrels of produced water a day. All but one production well (No. 106) has now been turned into the tanks and it is expected that that well will also be brought on within the next few weeks.

The Company is also pleased to report that the Crossroads No. 101 Morrow discovery well has received approvals for production from the New Mexico OCD and that a gas purchase agreement with a subsidiary of Targa Resources, Inc. has been signed. Surface equipment is now being installed and the production of natural gas and liquids is expected to commence once the new facilities are completed within the next 3 weeks.

Mr. Barry Lasker reports "We are pleased to report that the Crossroads production has returned to pre workover levels and that our water injection facility is performing as expected. The Company will continue to revisit several wells at Crossroads with the view to maximizing production from existing zones and by opening up new behind pipe zones. Once the new production commences from the No. 101 well, we expect that Company wide production should increase to over 600 Boepd, a new high for the Company. EOR continues to focus on the goal of ending 2010 with a production rate of 1,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. We will provide additional information on the workover program as it comes to hand."
