Anyone else having problems logging in today?? They made their big changes over the weekend and I'm having major problems getting into my account. I'll be calling them tomorrow if this continues.

I had not only that problem, but my accounts are completely unbalanced now. I'm also missing several k from my account.

I've emailed them 4 times since the weekend and I have yet to receive a single reply.

Has anyone else had their account balances not check out?

I haven't checked the balances but they have sent a request and got my TD account debited for a transaction that was already completed in October...and stupid TD has gone ahead and debited it too even though the transaction ID/code is exactly the same as was in Oct! I don't see the credit in my Scotia I trade though...trying to follow up with them. Guys, this calls for a class action suit against them. We don't have time to keep checking our accounts and how is one to ever trust them now?

My accounts are ok, but last week I could have bought warrants for 6 cents but their system was all screwed up and I kept getting error messages when I tried to buy, by the time it got straightened out the warrants cost me 8 cents, all the 6 cents were gone.

Anyone having any luck today? I can't get quotes for anything, like their system is completely down.

Yeah, I'm screwed today too... and wanted to sell TUO this morning for a 125% gain!

Same here.
I can't get on to do anything. And I think their phones are probably jammed with calls.
It has been really annoying since the change over screwups.

You guys still having problems?

Back during the tech rally and crash of 2000, many new brokerages sprung up and get in on the online trading game.

There were always tons of outages, so much so that you needed 2-3 different brokers if you were a serious trader.

You should have at least one backup broker if you are having problems with your main brokers website.

As a follow-up, iTrade is waiving all commissions today up to $100 - maybe in response to the problems they had. They are calling it Customer Appreciation Day.

Yes and the funny part about this, is I did not trade today

Not sure if anybody saw that yet. so who ever are using Itrade. with less then 50K and only trade up to 29 trade per quarter will be a lot more expensive.... That is going to be bad for the wife's account since she only got 20K and there and only do 5 trade per month...

Scotia iTRADE®, you can enjoy great savings when placing trades and take advantage of low commissions, and a wide range of products and services for your trading and investing needs.
