Yeah, a good example of haggling over a few pennies when you know something good is coming.

I started buy CYCC yesterday. Today I had one more buy in at 1.05. I got tired of watching it get close and then moving up, I finally just changed it to 1.10, doubling my shares. 15 minutes later, a PR comes out. Now it's 2.10 and still climbing.

Cool part is, that that wasn't even the news expected, so with it hitting it's 52 week high, and the huge volume spike, and good news on the horizon, it will probably climb again tomorrow.

Looking pretty good. Hopefully, we blowup on the 13th.

USMC... In your mind... Why is this a good long term stock 6-12mths? I can't find much info on it.

If I recall right, I need to do more DD, but it's fairly a new company, and they're expanding.... I'm not saying it's a good long term buy, but it might be. Right now, I'll trying to play the earnings on it. They should be good especially as they got a tax credit (to reflect in the 4th quarter release on the 13th) and they were profitable (not by much) last quarter. They're also growing.......

Edit: That outlet mall has been expanding like wildfire, even in the midst of this economic downturn.

Thanks for your responses guys. I'm in at 1.37 and very excited about earnings. Has anyone actually been to a JOEZ before? Looking at there website... they seem to be catering towards high end clientile. $157 for a pair of jeans? Quite Pricey but the website seems to be put together quite well.

Keep in mind that even if the earnings are really good, we may not see much of a gap. The stock is still considered a penny and it's not well known. I may hold well past earnings but no certainty until I evaluate what actually goes down.

And to add to what USMC said above, as for myself, from a trading perspective, rather than an investor's, I'm selling into the spike, and I'm out.

Yep, and that close today gave us a very nice looking chart now with a bullish engulfing pattern. I would certainly think people should start buying on Monday in anticipation of the earnings report.
