That is BS what BPAX pulled. Dropped the news last night around 6:30. Almost pulled the trigger on it yesterday, but decided to wait.

this is one of the reasons I hate biotech stocks.....it's a never ending cycle....news comes out the stock goes up and then pow they dillute and bring the price right back down. It sucks because so many people lose money.

Definitely a battle going on between the Bulls and Bears.

yea i dont play em too often...just a spot trade here n there...dont like holding long unless it has solid earnings and a steady history...big pops n drops freak me a lil

Close above the 3.70 on 5 minute chart could send us back up to the 3.90.

Exactly what I said was happening just happened. 50,000 goes up on the ask and it got chewed up in seconds. Big move going to be made here!

I got burnt so many times on these biotech stocks...it's not even funny anymore.

Keep your eye open for a nice entry today! Consolidation has been good and the spreads indicate the float getting tighter.

it dropped quiet a bit today. I am going to take chances and jump in and see where it goes.

Repros Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) has decided to reinstitute its at-the-market offering of its common stock, pursuant to the Equity Distribution Agreement dated February 12, 2010 between the Company and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. Cumulative through December 30, 2010, the Company has sold 2,448,572 shares of its common stock in its at-the-market offering, at a weighted average share price of $2.77, for proceeds of approximately $6.4 million, net of expenses. Pursuant to General Instruction I.B.6. of Form S-3, the Company may not sell more than one-third of the aggregate market value of its common stock held by non-affiliates during a period of 12 calendar months immediately prior to, and including, the date of such sale of such common stock. The Company may from time to time elect to cease or restart its at-the-market offering without the filing of a Form 8-K.
