Major nuclear plant shut down that produces Isotopes. Any Companies that could benifit.

This is...HOT this plant could be shut down for at least 8 months... Gotta be something here ?? Heard on BNN a few minutes ago... a Company called Neoprone.... cant find it anywhere.... maybe a mis spell...?? Lets get on this !!!

fwiw, i've found articles making the supply of medical isotopes seem very pressing more than a few years old...so not sure how much it will impact current companies pps. one good indication though is an article i just read stating one massachusetts supplier was already charging 2-3x avg

Ladies & Gentlemen,, Pls Google.. Isotope stocks... the third entry.. "Accelerating Production" refers to the Canadian Nuclear Reactor shutting down in 07. That Plant is now SHUT DOWN.... for ...who knows.... Patients as of this Monday....Might feel the shortage... The first entry is... ADMD..... might be worth a serious look.

I take it you're paper trading since:

1) There is no after hour trading on the OTCBB
2) The last trade today in INIS occured at 12:15PM
3) You started this thread today at 5:55PM

No Sir !! just heard news RE; Isotope issues ... no clue what "Paper trader" MEANS. Hope this development does not hurt people who depend on these treatments. This is a major occurance..... Please see my previous posts.

wow.someone needs to step up and build a new plant. from what ive read there are only 4 major plants in the world. and they are all over 40 years old.and 3 of them were just down due to leaks.and they may not be able to keep up with demand.

Exactly.... No Money... lets take advantage of this as I said in one of my previous posts... I hope this event does not hurt anyone... that need these treatments... I realize It's your long weekend in the U.S.A god Bless your Vets. But lets do some research ...Re: Firms that might do well in this situation...

No offense, but you're overreacting and I'll bet you won't see any isotope stocks move irregularly next week or for any length of time. This isn't anything new.

Paper trades are fictitious trades placed for learning. You posted that you "got" 2000 shares at .37 at 6:45PM.

Since you can't buy OTCBB or Pink Sheet listed stocks after 4:00PM I was wondering what you meant. No INIS traded after 12:15PM today.

you may be right,cause in my last post,i did say the other 3 or so have been down due to leaks as well or other problems. but i think you might see some changes in ADMD and in INIS. and i dont know how to short a stock but MDZ is screwed without atomic energy of canada.
