They are engaged in “bottom feeding” by taking advantage of Colombian locals by selling them “day passes” in advance. The $75 million they claim to be receiving is part of a VENEZUELAN BOND SCAM. This stock should be put on radar due to volume alert today. It traded almost 10x it’s average volume and closed up today 125% at .045. Resistance is at .055 and .07 with support at .04 and .03. RSI has just crossed the 50 line.
Not sure how true but am hearing there is news due out in the next day or 2.

Vertigo Theme Park-Buga is located in Estancia which is located only two miles from the famous pilgrimage city of Buga, Colombia. This old city serves as a pilgrimage center for over 2 million visitors a year that arrive from the different towns and cities of Colombia and the rest of South and Central America to visit the Basilica de Buga, home to the sacred shrine "EL Senor de Los Milagros." VTPK had a so, so day today closing flat at .03 on a little over 200,000 shares traded.
Support at .025 and still looking for it to break thru the .04 then .05 resistance.
I had heard some buzz that there was news coming out yesterday and sure enough, 2 PR's hit the wire.
Now I am hearing there just could be a major promotional push coming soon so please keep VTPK on your radar in the event this push happens soon.

Our Mondays SPO exclusive play VTPK remains very strong +11% again today We look for VTPK to continue north as we believe that we are in the beginng of a very large short squeeze with a break of .01 on the bid side being key imo.

On Monday 10/12, VTPK was at .0075x.0077 when we first started talking about it so just take a look at the chart and see how it has done. Looks like a longer term play with a very possible short squeeze coming.
Today, Fri. 10/16 the stock opened at .016, pulled back to .01 on a little profit taking then proceeded to a high of the day of .025. The stock settled at .02 with a gain of 102% on really nice volume of 2,109,133 shares traded.

alert on VTPK...The stock moved from .016 to .025 (hod) and then settling
at .02 on over 2 million in total volume .....Not a bad day at all , we expect

Vertigo Theme Parks Inc. Enters into LOI with Gutmen Investment Corp. to Provide Long Term Financing for Vertigo Parks

Vertigo Theme Parks Inc. announced it has entered into a LOI with Gutmen Investment Corp. to provide long term financing for its Vertigo Parks. Under the terms of the proposed agreement an initial line of credit in the amount $75 million will be extended in order to complete Vertigo's first theme park located in Buga, Colombia which is currently under construction. Additional funds will be made available to Vertigo upon meeting certain milestones with regards to its other proposed six parks. The completion of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions including, but not limited to, the approval of the transaction by the board of director of Gutmen Investment Corp. and the execution of a definitive agreement. The completion of the transaction is scheduled to occur in the next 90 days.
Vertigo Resorts Announces Completion of Model Villa


Vertigo Theme Parks Inc. announced that its first Time Share Model Home is complete at the Theme Park Site in Buga. Vertigo Resorts, a division of VTPK announced that the Model Villa is ready for tours. Vertigo Resorts plans to build 706, two story Villas which are each approximately 1503 square feet. The Time Share Community will ultimately plan for 3000 units. The time shares will be managed through a contract with RCI Communities Colombia Inc.
Vertigo Theme Parks Inc. Announces Initial Casino Concept for Buga Park

Vertigo Theme Parks Inc. announced it has finalized the initial conceptual design of its gaming facilities to be built within its Vertigo Theme Parks--Buga theme park. The initial plan will encompass over 150,000 sq. feet of casino space, which naturally will include all traditional style 'Las Vegas' table games as well as over 1,200 of the newest top of the line server based gaming machines, including the hottest games to be imported from around the globe.
