Green Mountain Coffee (GMCR) rated new Buy at Argus. $130 price target. K-cups should continue to gain market share.

broke channel and 100 support, in free fall. I see 80 near future

anyone know when earnings are to be released?  I searched yahoo and they are saying next week the 26th, scottrade is est. the 25th, but I don't see any confirmation from the company.

I think they do very well, imo.  I hope to get some Nov calls if they report next week.  I don't think they will disappoint, everything is going K-cup style.  Even Mr. Coffee has teamed up with them.

edit:

the min I post this, I see a new lod flash, lol

The best answer we have is sometime next week as estimates.  I have a feeling that they will not announce the day until next week and it will be just before they report.

Looks like that $80 support is a level that bulls still like

Link to David Einhorn's presentation:

It seems reasonably persuasive to me that this stock is overvalued. Short term it could go higher, but long term there looks to be trouble brewing with the expiry of their K-cup patents and also the fact that some may not be persuaded that it is worth spending 50 cents on a cup of coffee at home - is it that much better?

Hmm currently at $76 - $80 breached like a hot knife through butter.

An hammer w/ strong volume once in while can signify a reversal signal.

In 2008, when I begun, it was my first tatic...smile.gif...

Looking for european stocks in a downtrend, looking for those ones forming an hammer w/ high volume, and buying near the close!

In half of the cases the stock the following day use to give a quick 5-10% profit, the rest I was stopped!

GMCR remembered me those days. Im short since 90 something so I will be watching closely tomorow not to go in long but to cover.

$66 test, new lows

GMCR was suppose to report earning tomorrow, but someone on IHUB mention they are not reporting anymore?

Can someone please confirm that

i see them reporting after hours today. Thoughts on a straddle postion? I see the potentional for a huge rally if earnings come in strong after being dragged down.
