wow, what the hell is going on with this? I'm totally speechless...

I was planning to buy yesterday but wanted to wait for pullbacks before it hit 100 and now this? What has this become?

It split before the market opens today.

something is fishy about this

Both Zecco and Scottrade show that previous close is 62.36 but Google is showing closed at 93.54. What's going on?

I don't know....not a good thing! Split?
I believe its just a glitch. Looking at yesterdays chart shows it only in the 62.xx range, and not 94. Thus for some reason its correcting for the incorrect stock price by showing it very negative.

It was just a 3-2 split. That's all.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters announced that its board has approved a three-for-two stock split to be effected in the form of a stock dividend. The company will distribute one additional share of its common stock to all shareholders of record at the close of business on May 29 for every two shares of common stock held on that date. The shares will be distributed on June 8 by the company's transfer agent, Continental Stock Transfer so that the new shares issued will equal 1.5 times the pre-split number with fractional shares paid in cash. The company?s common stock will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on June 9, 2009 at the June 8th closing price divided by 1.5.

funny thing is that traders who regular watch this know that this has been trading at 90-ish and above for the past days

even Fast Money call for a strike of 100 in near terms

even if it's a split, if you have a position already from yesterday, it should be converted by the scale accordingly without any depreciation
