according to !tradepennystocks site,

"KEME – New Addition: True, this stock was trading around .10 only six months ago, but both of the rallies it’s had since then have been followed by very healthy looking consolidation phases. This last rally and consolidation have now formed a tight looking pennant/ flag pattern, and the price looks to be knocking on a breakout’s door. it hit 1.40 today but didn't break...
