correct me if i am wrong but when a company does a reverse split are they supposed to publize it to keep the shareholders in the loop or am i just mistaken. to go from 50K shares to 25 shares and not saying anything is extremly shady. and if they had the option to by at 10% over stock value or at .02 and all of a sudden it is at .02 then seems to be to be worked that way. please someone enlighten me on this subject besides telling me i have a total loss as i know that already just glad i did not purchase more.

Futher more i attempted to send a message to LGTTD and was prevented also i called and was sent to voicemail guess they are getting pounded by everyone that had an investment with them.

Well Mr. Greg you more than likely reading every forum to find something else to sue about well, in my eyes it should be the other way around. CEO's like you will not last long either bankrupt or in jail one of the two.
