From what I see it is a terrific stock to buy and hold, with a new president on the way in and talk of universal health care, I think many beatin down stocks like this are going to doing something. Just my opinion from looking it over and doing a little research.

I may pick up some Friday when my funds clear, looks pretty good, I like the 52 week high also and the price right now.

The pipeline is massive and filled with promise, I see this one surpassing the 52 week high. (NVD)

News is supposed to be on its way about a drug that is currently in FDA approval, the news may be here on Friday.

Average volume on NVD is under 200,000.
Today alone without news it is over 4,000,000
