I keep picking up shares under 03 and have a boat full now and will wait.

So... What is your purpose in hanging around. Perhaps you should go visit some of your so called better performers and compliment them on their good job.

Rick....You have the right attitude about our wait....The CEO is doing his best to comply with the demands of the SEC and its new strangling Sarbanes requirements for compliance......It is very tough on a START UP COMPANY.....I look at Fullcircle as a start up investment and not as a trader get rich quick stock....I have read the share holder letter and the S1 and I see a huge potential for my return ...I know of several informed investors that consider the stock as a double digit dollar stock in the next year or so....I can wait...tnx...Larry

James...That was the talk of a "GET RICH QUICK TRADER"...Stocks are called PIGS if they do not make you rich overnight....

He should go somewhere so he can "GET RICH QUICK" and stop wasting time on this board. If he is not invested, he is losing time and time is money. He reminds me so much of our good friend from N.Y.C.

Yes..It has been a long time...The CEO cited a company that spent over $300,000.00 and waited about a year to get their S1 thru and its total value was much less than what Fullcircle is asking for...If you think waiting is tough for us...what do you think the CEO is putting up with...waiting is not fun for any of us...but I feel its just around the corner..post S1 will be no time to load...

Several other real important issues to understand are:

1. Where in the BB market do you have major company stockholders returning personal shares to the treasury in order to help finance the advance of the business plan?...This is unheard of in the OTCBB sector...Shows that they have faith in the long range plan.

2. Where in the BB market do you have the CEO applying for SEC approval to issue preferred shares instead of printing shares and diluting the stockholders....In pennyland it is common practice to turn on the share printing press to get funds sticking it to the shareholders big time. Many times the funds from dilution are not even used to move the company forward.....goes into the company executives pockets many times

3. Where in the BB market do you have the CEO working for no income for over two years working on these plans with no incentive other than stock appreciation?

4. These items are the backbone of a real turnaround company that is not fluffing anyone...They are straight forward and are pursuing their plan and keeping the best interest of its investors as a priority

At some point in time this will all become very clear to everyone.... in my humble opinion....TNX...LARRY

You make several good points Larry. Bottom dwellers would do good to take note of these as I believe our new board member sidestyle has done. He has obviously done some studying of both the fundamentals and the board postings. Others would do themselves good to take note of these things as time is running out on the opportunity to buy at these reduced prices. The S-1 approval will wipe these prices out immediately.

the dd speaks for itself as does srt8's points. i've been in stocks with a tight share situation like this one before and it's electric when it moves. volume is the only missing piece to the flcr puzzle

desire....The volume is an important part of the FLCR puzzle, but it is not missing perse....it is just not here yet...let me know if you are interested in my volume dissertation [blurp...I can spell that]

The volume today is exactly as expected...if it were other wise way up, we would not be at these levels.......The volume consists of longs adding a little at a time....investors with starter positions as a result of word of mouth...and a few that have stumbled onto FLCR by accident......There is nothing at this time to attract the masses due to the lack of PRs showing the day to day progress of the company.

The company has reiterated time and time again that they will not under any circumstances jeoprodize their image with the SEC and its upcoming approval of the S1. ...The company must at all times project their true image as a straight forward no nonsense entity that intends to operate in the best interest of their investors.....There has been too many hard earned dollars and hours of personal work invested in the subbmission of the all important S1
to gamble it away with PRs at this time.....Right now we have to be satisfied with the information in the SEC filings...I have faith in what they are telling the SEC.

Once the approval is obtained, I have no doubt that the PRs will be issued to inform all of the status of their programs...I am sure that the foundation and infrastructures are in place for the programs, but funds from the S1 preffered shares are necessary to move them forward.....The PRs will reach the masses and will bring in many new investors....Once the programs get underway and start showing revenues,...the investors will come in like flies.....hence....there is the volume that you are waiting for.....PRs and revenues will trigger the move and with a low tight float ,we will be happy campers..the PPS should rocket.....You really old timers will remember "THE PHANTOM" and his ....BAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMM..!!!!

I am thinking there may be a reverse split in the future.This has happened to me before.It actually ended up being good as new investors came in.Some are not interested in a penny stock but are more willing to get on board when its in the 3 dollar range.I have also bought in on an immediate pullback after the split and watched it go slowly up past the initial split price.
