One other thing is the talk of the CEO. I did a google search on him and found this.

Ok, a question....

1.) The stock has not traded over .05 in over a year, other than the S1 shares selling price, what is expected to make this move past that price? (new deals, customers, mergers, etc)
You have been busy...You did some nice research...You found some good stuff that kinda substantiates some of the things that have been posted....Nothing wrong in working in Fortune 500 companies as a qualification.....As we have said before many times he is a company turnaround professional as you verified on google..Ya see..we do't blow smoke..

As for the carrot...I love the expression and have used it often... but in this case it is a carrot alright but you will catch it soon......you are correct that the S1 has not been publically announced as approved or disapproved....because it is neither.....It has been submitted and as I understand is awaiting approval...It takes time....

Yes the PPS has not been at 5ยข for some time and it won't be much higher till the S1 is approved...The CEO told me after I called a while back that his hands are tied and can not release any information as he then would have to start all over with re-submission of the S1 with rewrite.....Much more delay.

I strongly suggest that you call the CEO and present your concerns.....This is from his shareholder letter"Please feel free to contact me at 502-410-4500 or Nlfroh@fullcircleregistry.com"

The few times that I have called, he treated me like a valued client and investor...One short conversation with this man will quickly convince you that this is a real company and it is not some game...He is playing it straight and for real...TNX for you effort....Larry...Mich.

General Comment to recent posts

Good discussion. For myself, I appreciate the issues and concerns that have been expressed. Nothing wrong with a consideration of the pros and cons of any company, and on the otcbb, there is always plenty to debate.

First, I make it a point not to pump FLCR, particularly at this stage of the game. The concerns expressed by journeyman and others are legitimate--the company has a long history of non-profitability, past business ideas have not proven successful, the pps has not been above .05 in a very long time, the current revenues are small, and the future success of the company depends, in some measure, on the SEC approving the S1.

The reason I am invested in FLCR is because of (1) the current management, and (2) the business plan. FLCR is one of the few otcbb stocks whose shares have not been diluted through greedy management, financial mismanagement, poisonous financing, and reverse splits. Further, the current management has a good track record and they have a huge amount of personal cash invested in this company--their confidence gives me confidence. The business plan set forth makes sense to me and has the potential to result in genuine, long-term growth.

The reason I continue to buy shares right now, even though I own a truckload, is because (1) the pps is very low and almost certain to increase significantly, (2) the S1 application looks good and, I believe, will be approved, and (3) the new CEO is tenacious and has a proven track record with other business ventures.

FullCircle is not a thriving, high-revenue, successful business (else it would not be on the otcbb at .025); but it has legitimate potential to become one. FullCircle is a risk-reward investment, but not nearly as risky as most otcbb stocks and the potential for reward, I believe, is greater than most otcbb stocks. So for me, it is worth the risk, especially at these prices.

As always, investors should weigh the risk-reward. FLCR is not without risk--the S1 may not get approved (meaning financing of the business plan would have to come through other means, further delaying things) and the business plan itself may not pan out. But, I personally believe the S1 will be approved and I believe the business plan will succeed. If there is just mild success... Wow! From this pps level, the "carrot" is big one.

Good day, all!

Jim

PS. I have not taken any of the skeptical comments or questions as "bashing." I can appreciate the concerns, and I think the resulting discussions are beneficial. I hope everyone can stay out of attack mode and keep the board civil. My thoughts, fwiw.

Chem...Oh you who are so observent...any sells that have taken place are peanuts.....Yes the chart shows lots of volitility because the float is so low and is tightly held..It is a foregone conclusion that this stock moves on air because of the share shortage....It is apparent that you may not be able to understand chart movement too well as it is evident that you are not considering volume vs. float in your analysis

Wishin I knew more. It's obvious from the prior posts that it is not always apparent nor easy to read and understand the many ways of looking at charts. Take srt8's advice. Good Luck!
