Lest you not become the next sucker, check this out about the new director Istock's compensation. His salary is $62.5K but here is how suckers who buy their stock will pay him off (math below):

2.2.1 Company Funding Bonus . Executive shall also be entitled to receive a bonus of five per cent (5%) of the first $5,000,000, four per cent (4%) of the second $5,000,000, three per cent (3%) of the third $5,000,000, two per cent (2%) of funds raised between $15,000,000 and $30,000,000 and one per cent (1%) of funds raised in excess of $30,000,000 and received by the Company after all “Costs” have been deducted as a direct result of an introduction made solely by Executive and acknowledged by the Company in writing. “Costs” shall be defined as all actual, out-of-pocket third party costs up to a ceiling of fifteen per cent (15%) of the total amount received by the Company, including, but not limited to, additional financing fees, accounting fees, legal fees, registration costs and any other consultant fees related to the funding. Executive shall also have the option to receive the above bonus in either cash or in Shares and/or the Company’s Class A Preferred Stock.

That's $900K for Isner, if you wisely assume they will issue $30MM of stock, plus 1% of anything over that. Come to think of it, if they are going to squeeze out $30MM they better dilute quickly.

Now, they did a RS in Aug 08, Jul 09, Jun 10, so it stands to reason you have 11 months until you are reamed again.

Bye bye Camelot, so much for my $100 investment. Despite the fact Camelot has done a lot as of late in terms of films, website etc., I no longer recommend this stock, pulling off a quick R/S without warning is bad news, it displays how bad the Camelot management is. Somebody should investigate this company, I am sure they will find a illegal flaw and put a stop to this scamming of people. IMO

im just curious but shouldnt you have figured they would do another r/s considering the amount of them they have done. did you know about the other r/s's.

atleast it was just 100. call it a lesson learned.
first one was 700 right ?

then this was 20,000 ?

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 100 split Pay date=08/29/2008
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 700 split Pay date=07/10/2009

2008:
buy 10,000,000 shares worth $1000 at .0001
after split - 100,000 shares worth $1000 at .001
back down to .0001
you now how 100,000 shares worth $100 at .0001
your $1000 is now worth $100 after the split

2009:
(still holding that 100,000 at .0001) = $100
after split - 142 shares at .07 worth $100
back down to .0001
you now have 142 shares at .0001 worth $0.01
your $100 is now worth $0.01 after the split

2010:
(still holding 142 shares at .0001) = $0.01
after split - .007 shares at $2.00 worth $0.01
back to .0001
you now have .007 shares worth $0.0000007
your $0.01 is now worth $0.0000007 after the split

$1000 turned into .0000007

---------------------------------------------------

^^ sad scenario but i bet it happened to some people
