RCCH --- I have flipped it twice from 1's - to - 2's
was a great fun (2) times, but I have moved on...... IMO its still very flippable in the 1-2 dbl range!!! GL

GRDO, flipped from 8-12, the 7-9 has gotten to shaky for me to re-enter -- I have moved on,,,, do I think its still playable? yes, from bottom 6-7's to 9's is the range I would play with if I kept going on it

TSHO -- called this yesterday said it was going to take off soon.... LOVE the 50% drop off and was able to be partially filled * 06 before the down tick to 5's/lmao........ still hearing things are coming and today was a good day to get in.... VERY soon this goes up -- bang you/we are out!
