I didn't make a decision to be straight.... I just am. What makes a gay person any different?
Ha ha, it's easy to do without sex when you have never done it, and most of those 23 years you mention below you had no choice. You were too young to engage in sex for most of those years.

My point is that gays should be afforded the same rights as everybody else. That's what I think.

All the related discussions, what makes people gay, whether being gay is sinful, whether there's been a change in morals, etc, etc are other discussions we'll probably never agree on, so why bother even trying to talk about them?

It was replaced with instant gratification and then morals were thrown out the window because once sex before marriage became OK (like gays are getting now) then everyone started doing it. Peer pressure rose, it became more acceptable on TV(which pretty much dictates American's lives), and now almost everyone accepts it.

If you're talking about gays recovering. Nah, no chance. If you're gay, you gay for life, just like heterosexuals are heterosexuals for life.

No chance of your recovering all the cash you lost on CSHD, either.
You can keep up with the CSHD charade, it doesn't bother me in the least (thousands of people lost money, including many on here), as I've pointed out, do a thread search, I moved on. I'm sure one of these days you'll take a loss on a stock *gasp*. Relax, I doubt they take away your Stock God status (but then again, you didn't get your status from trading). In the meantime, how's that paralysis by analysis syndrome going for you? It must be frustrating to think you know everything and then not be able to pull the trigger to make some dough. Those that can't....try to teach.

Is that right? I've never seen any stats that support your conclusion that a higher percentage of kids of gay parents grow up to be gay than kids of heterosexual parents.

Most guys like thin hot blondes? That's something I didn't know either, especially with most chicks these days being bottle blondes. Most guys like hot females, regardless of their hair color. Where did you get this ridiculousness?

TV influences people but the things you are talking about, like blondes or using drugs are not in our genes. There are learned. You are born with your sexual orientation. You aren't born liking blondes or wanting to use drugs. They aren't in our genes. Our sexual orientation is

I suppose it has nothing to do with how your mind formed when it was young. And why do most guys like thin hot blondes? I suppose that has nothing to do with what we see on TV etc? Your brainwashed throughout life wether you want it or not.

Like the other poster said, most girls would never even think about kissing another girl, not until it's put in their head by a celebrity or someone else. Just like most kids would avoid drugs until a "friend" is doing it and they get suckered in.

If you brainwash kids from early on the being gay is OK and they are no different than a normal married couple then there brains will think different as they grow up. And more will end up gay. Just like more men end up liking hot blondes.

I do not see how you can argue with this but I'm sure you will.

Oh wait I was supposed to be done here LOL... Got tired of working I guess.

As far as I'm concerned, they probably banned it because of very silly reasons. My guess is that when these religions were trying to get off the ground, what did they need? More supporters. Because homosexuality doesn't bear children (more supporters), what use did they have for homosexuals?

Are you trying to be funny? If not, do you really live in Madison Wisconsin? If so, are you a towny or did you go to school there?
None where around back then its all a mind set issue..
It's not even a subconscious decision. You didn't decide anything. As you said below, you were attracted to women. You decided to be a heterosexual based on your attraction to women? Ha ha, then you didn't decide beans. If you were attracted to women, you were already heterosexual. You didn't have to decide. It was already decided for you when you were born.

But they do decide what they like or dislike. It is an act of the will and people make decisions based on what they think is best for them or what would be good for them. I decided to be a heterosexual man based on my attraction to women and my repulsion of homosexuality. Your thinking is totally foreign to me.

Do you know any gay people? If so, have you ever talked with them?

Why the hell would anyone want to be gay if people like you hate them? It's so much easier to be a heterosexual and be loved by society.

Thank you!
Christians always get blamed, in fact Christians are the ones most excepting.

Try being gay in an islam country, you won't last long.

But you will hear these same people say, that is their right to think that.

I can't understand Americans, they put down Christian Americans but will stick up for NON-Americans who happened to be VERY radical first.

People, ask the wizard for a mind of your own.

Aol, media, cnn, anything goes lovers.

Because in the future, all this stuff will come back to bite your ass's, trust me.

My thoughts are gayness is caused by sexual abuse or from parents who didn't love their children.

I think it is a mental illness which can be cured by faith in Jesus Christ.

That takes the cake. We are never going to come to any kind of rational agreement here if you honestly believe this.

What if I told you that I believed that organized religion was a product of brainwashing and the only way to cure it is to talk with someone that hasn't been brainwashed.
