eFUEL EFN Corp. Is Developing Virtual Dating Technologies That Will Revolutionize the Online Dating Industry
Wednesday November 19, 8:35 am ET

Company Anticipates Increased Revenues From Its New Program Approaching $40 Million Per Year Based on Conservative Member Retention Rates

TAMPA, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 19, 2008 -- eFUEL EFN, Corp. (Other OTC:EFUL.PK - News), owner and developer of revenue-generating, Internet-based assets, announced today that researchers at the Company's I-nexworldwide subsidiary have been developing proprietary, virtual dating software for the Company's outRAGEousEncounters.com and PositiveLove.com online dating Websites. This virtual dating platform will be introduced in early 2009 to the over 8.5 million members of eFUEL's online dating Websites -- a number increased recently via strategic acquisitions made by the Company. Virtual online dating is being pegged by industry analysts as the next big trend in the development cycle of the now over $600 million online dating industry.

The online dating business model has evolved considerably since its inaugural years in the mid-1990s -- around the same time the Internet first experienced widespread consumer participation. The first model to emerge and experience success within the online dating industry was the "long bar" model, a profile browsing model which is best exemplified by companies such as Match, True and Yahoo! Personals. Next up was the "long test" model, the bread and butter of companies such as eHarmony and PerfectMatch. This is where participants undergo some form of compatibility test conducted by the dating company to determine their potential matches. These primary online dating business models, while enormously successful, are unintentionally conducive to social isolation and other odd behaviors. Ultimately it comes down to good judgment and a member's intuition to ensure a fun, safe interaction with their chosen date or "match."

More recently, however, new trends have emerged within the online dating segment that further assure consumers participating that their eventual interaction will be a safe and positive experience. One of these is known as the "community" approach. This approach was born on social networking sites such as Facebook, Friendster and MySpace, as an answer to the widespread misuse and abuse of these communication portals by predators and other miscreants. The "community" approach to online dating involves a single person's friends and even family getting involved in the process, searching profiles, checking potential dates out, and even matching their single friend up with compatible people they uncover among the throngs of potential mates. The community approach has inevitably provided online dating customers with enhanced safety, and is now being incorporated to some degree by most of the major online dating companies.

Another safety-enhancing trend emerging more recently is the one that eFUEL and its dating Websites are tactfully building and integrating into their platforms. Virtual Dating, as it is being called, affords online singles a chance to interact with one another on a virtual level, prior to meeting in person. With video chat technologies now experiencing widespread use, eFUEL is developing software that will enable online daters to take full advantage of the virtual encounter concept. To further ensure its members a safe dating experience, eFUEL's sites will also be offering a free background check to its members. This will enable members to verify that their potential dating partner is who they say they are.

eFUEL predicts that by incorporating these new proprietary technologies and programs into its online dating package, the Company should generate approximately a 4% to 10% member retention rate. At the $9.99 per month member fee planned by eFUEL, the Company expects to realize over $40 Million dollars annually from these new offerings based on its 8.5 million members as of November 2008.

Imagine meeting your prospective date for a coffee in a romantic virtual café on the Champs-Elysees in Paris. Not only exchanging emails, or speaking briefly on the phone, but seeing and hearing your date online as you interact with each other in any number of virtual settings. Most will agree this is a sound step to take, prior to meeting your blind date in person.

eFUEL plans to roll out its new proprietary virtual dating software in early 2009. More information on these technologies will be made available prior to launch.

eFUEL EFN, Corp. Positioning Subsidiary as Super 8(a) Vendor to Provide Background Verification and Drug Testing Services to U.S. Government Agencies

Government Services Agency (GSA) Designates 23% of its Total Budget Each Year for Small Businesses; Native American-owned or “Super” 8(a) Vendors Receive Special Consideration Including GSA Service No-Bid Contracts “Without Study or Cost Comparison”

GSA Sales Numbers in 2007 for Schedule 738X (Pre-Employment Background Checks) Over $177 Million; Numbers for GSA Schedule 66 (Which Includes Drug Testing Services) Over $693 Million

eFUEL EFN, Corp. (Pink Sheets:EFUL), owner and developer of revenue generating, Internet-based assets, announced today that its subsidiary I-nexworldwide has applied for and expects to soon receive “Super” 8(a) exemption status from the Small Business Administration. Earning Super 8(a) status is very significant to eFUEL’s subsidiary, as it will impart on the company significant advantages related to receiving GSA contracts. I-nexworldwide, a 49 percent-owned subsidiary of eFUEL, markets employee-screening services with a special focus on U.S. Government agencies.

The GSA serves as contractor for all vendor services provided to Homeland Security, the Veterans Administration, the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, and all other U.S. federal government agencies. In fact, the GSA is widely known as the largest purchaser of products and services in the world. Expecting to receive its exemption status in October-2008, eFUEL/I-nexworldwide will soon be positioned as the only Super 8(a) provider of employee background verification services to the GSA.

As stated above, the GSA designates 23% of its massive billion-dollar budget specifically for small businesses, with minority-owned businesses receiving preference, and Native American-owned or Super 8(a) exempt businesses having the highest priority.

Under government guidelines (SBA 13 CFR 124.109), Native American-owned 8(a) small businesses are eligible for "Super 8(a)” exempt status without formal explanation. The United States government may directly outsource non-inherently governmental services (or functions) to Super 8(a) enterprises without study or cost comparison. A Super 8(a) exempt status is extremely beneficial to any Company, as businesses exempt under this classification receive contracts without having to engage in bidding processes that favor vendors who submit the lowest cost bids. This exemption program allows socially disadvantaged businesses (SBD) to receive contracts that only the largest companies coming in at the lowest price would receive otherwise.

The Company has retained the services of the prominent consulting firm, Government Contracting and Marketing Services, LLC (“GC&M”), to lobby on eFUEL’s and I-nexworldwide’s behalf. GC&M has already presented the Company’s pre-employment background screening and drug testing services to government agencies in both Atlanta and Washington DC. While the Company is currently a registered vendor for the GSA by being listed in the Government Central Registration (CCR) database, and has been servicing the U.S. Coast Guard, achieving Super 8(a) status will enable the Company to leap ahead of numerous other potential bidders and likely become the "vendor of choice" for the GSA’s very large pre-employment screening budget.

More information on the Company’s initiative to achieve this exemption status from the SBA will be made available as soon as possible.

eFUEL EFN, Corp. (Pink Sheets:EFUL) the developer and owner of certain revenue generating Internet-based assets, announced today that it plans to begin to implement a long term new investor communications and awareness program over the coming weeks designed to build a larger audience around the Company’s stock. The Company feels strongly that it is at the threshold of significant revenue growth, and that its EFUL stock is a tremendous value-based investment that most investors are unaware of currently. eFUEL feels that its stock will be particularly attractive to those investors seeking to capitalize on the many surging sectors of the Internet “e”conomy.

As an important element of eFUEL’s program, the Company has retained Equiti-trend Advisors to assist in implementing a comprehensive new investor communications and shareholder relations program. The Company also announced that its Fast and Easy ID Website (www.fastandeasyid.com) was now up and online. This site, which resides in a similar niche sector as other eFUEL assets, markets an instant identity verification and background check service.

One week later, on July 29, eFUEL announced that the Company’s board had approved a repurchase program of its common stock. The Company is authorized to repurchase shares in open market transactions with the assistance of Fidelity Investments of Tampa. With only 4% conversion - EFUL will make 4M a month on its dating site!

.0025 is cheap IMHO, especially with how thin this moves up.

EFUL .003 hit! 2MM to .01

1) EFUL is profitable with their employee verification service
2) Launch of a new dating site coming soon
3) 10M members on the dating site - 4% industry conversion rate, puts the monthly income at 4M
4) 8(a) small business certification means GUARANTEED government contracts for employee verification because they're the only one 8(a) verified.

entry point here at .003 should see multiple pennies if 1 or 2 of the above things come true.

the 23% came from the September PR

One of these days in the near future here (company said hopefully 30 days about 2-3 weeks ago) we should be hearing about the 8(a) certification. Once that hits, the company can start getting their contracts. I'm also excited about this dating site! It'll be money coming in! yay

There is some downward pressure on EFUL today...although volume is still light.

Tons of potential especially with the 8(a)!
