UPL

Well it's July 23rd, 2008 and our UPL position is way down. Do we start adding to our position or wait it out?

I started a position at $42.50 on Friday.
Just evaluating the fund on basic metrics, such as the RSI, MACD, STO's, EMA, etc, the UNG is trading nearly 12% off fair estimates.
I'm looking for the stock inch higher back above $50/share by October.
As a hedge, I bought the XLF common(5:1 spread).

It is at least encouraging to see that we've halted the enormous gaps to the downside on the open that seemed to happen every 3-4 days.

I think we've slammed so hard into some type of support even the bulls need time to gather their senses.

I'm not sure where else to find short interest, but it looks like the number for the past 15 days on nasdaq.com will update tomorrow. I'm interested to see how many of these red candles are shorters.

Big volume spike two days ago coupled with positive divergence on the indicators suggests that a bottom is in on UNG constituting a low risk/reward.

if it drops on tuesday after the hurricane effects wear off, I will take a long position. Natural gas usually starts a bullish move into the winter.

I have a position in this. I will also buy UHN later.

I think crude will rebound from this massive drop, bringing natural gas up along with it. I think we could see $35 tomorrow

anyone have any thoughts?

winter is upon us
Its been pretty mild up here in the Canadian west, usually if there is no snow by Halloween here it could signal a mild winter, but if it freezes in the east than Nat Gas is on!

love UNG at this level, crude is bouncing, winter is coming, bargain price.

Could be a bottom here. If it closes above 24 it would be a hammer formation.
