The Bible of Options Strategies - The Definitive Guide for Practical Trading Strategies by Guy Cohen. All it is is a collection of options strategies broken down by direction, goal, target volatility, and difficulty. Each strategy is laid out fully, with details about why it works and doesn't work and when it should be used. Awesome reference book.

He wrote another book called Options Made Easy that is a good overview of options, including how to use them and all of the various factors that should be considered when formulating an options trade.

I don't know how the dude is regarded by the pros, but I got a lot out of his books so I give them the thumbs up.
