You post more about EESO than anyone on this forum and probably know the least about any of their PR's. Please try actually reading the entire PR instead of just the title. It's SOUTH KOREA and that information is readily available all over the internet.

Bashing is a tad more effective when you actually know what you're talking about, FYI.

LMAO, governments all over the world have much bigger fish to fry than pig odor at this point in time, have you not heard of the world economic condition at this time or do you only pay attention to EESO's version of the news?

No, no, NO! EESO has no contracts or negotiations with any government... Again, try reading and using Google. It's a buyout offer and by not releasing the details, the CEO feels that investors from both companies are protected from negative pps movement. He is either obligated to release no further details or has made a decision not to; anyone who says otherwise is guessing.

Bottomline, you're just as bad as Pumpers and Dumpers when you make unsubstantiated claims that there is no "buyer" or "buyout". It's simply not possible for you to prove this. Stop bringing this iH nonsense here, please.

I personally don't care what your opinion is on this stock. What I do care about is some Newbie coming to this thread looking for sound advice who ends up valuing your opinion (when they shouldn't) because you have over 400 posts in just over a month.

You are a blatantly uninformed and ignorant EESO investor (which I wouldn't really care about until you start making blatantly false claims). Flip it all you want, nobody cares; just stop saying things that simply aren't true.

Wow Green International to Launch Worldwide Expansion at Vegas Event

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will host September gala for thousands of green visionaries

DETROIT--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wow Green International, www.wowgreen.net, a relationship marketing company of safe, green household cleaners, has announced that it will host the company’s Worldwide Launch and first national convention at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas from September 23 to 25, 2009.

“The response to our vision to ‘free the world of toxic chemicals, one household at a time’ has been tremendous,” said Allie T. Mallad, founder and CEO of Wow Green International. “Since our initial launch in February, we’ve signed up thousands of distributors in the U.S. alone. Now the buzz from our international friends who are eager to green their homes and understand the magnitude of extending our planet’s longevity continues to be overwhelming.”

The company’s product line features 12 household cleaners including everything from dishwashing liquid to carpet and upholstery cleaner. Each is a unique, proprietary blend of enzymes that are safe for children and pets. The products are manufactured, packaged and shipped from Wow Green International’s facility in Portage, Indiana and are sold through a rapidly growing distributor network.

Wow Green’s CEO Allie Mallad is formerly the world’s largest Little Caesars franchisee with 159 locations, and he also owned 10 other national chains. He is considered to be an expert by many in the franchising community.

“In addition to helping people eliminate dangerous toxins from their homes, we’re providing a financial opportunity that is greatly needed in today’s tough economy,” said Mallad. “Franchising can be a lucrative and at the same time an expensive investment. Wow Green’s business model makes it possible for anyone to attain financial freedom with minimal start-up costs.”

In advance of the Worldwide Launch in Las Vegas, Mallad and his executive team are conducting a series of regional training sessions across the U.S., including Florida, California, New York and Michigan. The Las Vegas event will include general sessions with nationally recognized speakers, a variety of training workshops, award presentations and entertainment for Wow Green distributors and others.

“Everyone needs cleaning products, no matter what their economic status,” added Mallad. “If you could replace toxic brand names with an eco-friendly alternative for basically the same price, why wouldn’t you?”

Online registration for the Worldwide Launch is now available on the company’s web site, www.wowgreen.net. Early registration is recommended as space is limited. For those who register by July 1, 2009, the cost for the three-day conference is only $169, and $79 to attend a special dinner banquet. The web site also includes a link to hotel reservations with special discounts for conference attendees.

Whoa, calm down small one. Before you start throwing around the H-E-double hockey sticks, how about checking for past PR's?

PRESS RELEASE
Enzyme Environmental Solutions Offers Retail Exclusivity to Wow Green Int'l
Dichotomy Between Retail and Industrial Creates Attractive Profit Allocation Model for EESO

Last update: 2:36 p.m. EST Jan. 15, 2009
FORT WAYNE, IN, Jan 15, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- (PINKSHEETS: EESO) - Today Enzyme Environmental Consultants, Inc. has officially embraced its role as a biotechnology licensing company regarding its proprietary retail product formulas by removing its ecommerce site which previously allowed consumers to purchase its retail products online.

"This move has been in the making for several months as we have entered into non-competes with those to which we provide our retail formulas. These non-competes do not affect our ability to market and distribute our commercial and industrial solutions... we feel we've created diversification within our business model by licensing our retail formulas to willing and able manufacturers," said Bill White, EESO VP of Sales and Operations. "The profitability via licensing and private label agreements far outweighs that which could be incurred via the traditional retail model. It's a more efficient means of growth."

CEO Jared Hochstedler adds, "...it only increases our availability to the general public -- regardless of whose name is on it. We're a progressive company and this is the best way to achieve our goal of a 'Cleaner world. Safer planet' on the retail formula side. The commercial and industrial will remain intact as a separate division of the company. Our efforts there include marketing the GC2000, odor and garbage remediation and composting solutions, among others. We are currently in discussion to license our proprietary biotechnology to a large company out of Toronto, Canada which will be instrumental in their success with garbage remediation projects in Jamaica and Ghana."

That said, the company has established a clear dichotomy between its retail and industrial sides, all the while focusing on the profitability of marketing its IP to various entities.

Hochstedler continues, "The key to the retail side is that we've made an agreement with Wow Green International, LLC. to give them exclusivity on the retail line formulas for their use. That means no more of our products on retail shelves and that Wow Green International will be entitled to exclusive rights on all of our retail formulas... and this is a strategic move for EESO and its shareholders."

The Wow Green International, LLC Network Marketing Opportunity launches on February 15th, 2009 and with retail production geared for March 15th, 2009 which will provide a progressive windfall of product order for EESO to fulfill in their facilities as Wow Green tackles its goal, en masse, of removing toxic, chemical based products from every household in America and replacing them with 100% safe, Green, effective products. The company plans to expand its mission internationally within 24 months from launch.

LoL

You seem to be very informed to the theme. Saw you wrote posts for month and don´t know that EESO is the distributor for Wow Green...

OK KIDS, I hope you are all invested in EESO. If not time is running out for you to get in on the CHEAP. Yes I said it's cheap. By next week we will know why eeso has been so quiet lately. NOBODY here has been able to prove that this is a Pump yet I have been able to prove this is the real deal. I am posting much here lately because I know what I have. I just don't care what this bashers say. I decided long ago to hold 20 million shares of EESO and I still do. For the guys that didn't take my bet, at least you were smart enough not to take it and lose your money.

lemme see, I read here that the alleged contract with the phantom buy-out candidate states both parties also agree they can break said contract at anytime... what a bunch of bullshit... nice contract...

Jared "I have no plans to entertain a buyout" ...more bullshit

they also will not provide audited financials for atleast another year as that will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars... more bullshit...

I LOVE EESO as a scalp play, but to invest in this longterm at the current price???? are you out of your minds??? yeah, if I got in at triple zeros like our favourite EESO chearleader, Pilotheating, yeah I would share his opinion that this is a great longterm investment...

this company is FULL of holes just like any other POS trading on pinks, end of story...
