Well someones going to get screwed out of this investigation. Its either going to be the mortgage lenders or the mortage insurers. Based off the news that came out recently about further investigations into faulty foreclosire fillings, I beleive the banks are going to be held liable for the mortgage crisis. Be prepared for the mortgage insurance stocks to rise.

Hope you make the bank. BTW you called 1.00 and it passed it in AH. I sold in the high .95s, got busy at work so I took the money and run. My guy is still in and says I'm crazy for selling but its on watch.

If this holds $1 (and it'll see-saw up and down...so hold your heart), I'd back up the truck. Don't get me wrong, I know Ambac inside out, and all the associated issues, but the single biggest thing going for it, is pretty simple.

If it had to die, it'd have done so already. Not anymore. The Wisconsin commissioner doesn't want ABK to die. That's a big endorsement.

Oh, and 1.05 IS short term resistance....
