Thinking about this over the weekend, im pretty sure Bilcox did this so that he could buy more shares. For the same amount he sold those shares at 6c for, he can gain another 430,000 shares if he bought them back at 5c in another pp. At 20c a share thats an additional $86k. Still not too sure who the buyer is though because if it was a family member, friend or business associate, it would have to be disclosed as an insider buying. The amount he sold is also very suspicious. $129k is roughly the same amount BNP spends on a quarter for all costs.

Some stuff is finally happening. Bilcox moving shares around, our insider is taking out privco. Maybe something good end of the month?

no new resistance showing up end of day and pushing the share price back down with those 1k orders too which is nice...

 

still have a bunch of shares to chew through at 5.5 cents and i am sure we will run into some flippers who picked up at 4cents on the way back to 10-13cents.

Yup we could be... but they are going to have to make a move soon as they aren't going to be able to float this company for much longer out of their own pockets... I am sure that Doody and Bilcox have a bit of money, but not enough to drop 60-100 grand into a hole every few months with out needing to get some of that back...... 

 

They are going to have to make that big decision if they haven't already... try to do the project on their own or possibly with a JV... Or sell the company to the highest bidder... and the more time they take and the more money they spend on just keeping the company afloat with influence their decision more and more.

Maybe he is a huge Mel Blount fan?  I know I am... probably the best cornerback in the history of the NFL..

but back to BNX.a I am not sure why its been 47, and I would love it if he took out all the .055s as well.

imo.......we have pretty much chewed thru privicos shares mate......cheap shares are slipping away.......hardly any resistances going fwd.........

I need to be skeptical more often.

 

Speculate months of resistance at 5c = huge accumulation and insider shuffling.

 

Speculate massive profits from jv or buyout = shares go from 11c to 6c.
