lol when will the dumping stop, 4 cents now? wtf...as someone mentioned earlier, even if this goes back to 12 cents, that would be a 300% gain from this point.

When you have a determine seller and reluctant buyers all that seller can do is lower his price until he has a bite. We know who the seller is and that they are anxious to sell. Until the shares held are gone we are stuck here, unless someone is brave enough to pick up the shares they have left at what could transpire to be a bargain. After all, we know the CEO paid 60k of his own money for shares only recently at 6c so things can't be that bad.

 

The reason none of us are picking up more shares at 5c is that there are not that many of us in this, we have our stakes and are waiting for news. Good chance we will look back at this time as an opportunity missed and wished we were all braver.

I hope so. At 1c I will almost double my position, get to at least 9.5% of the O/S(dont want to be labelled an insider) and then wait to get paid. The fact that Bilcox bought another million shares above the current price just means him and Doody really dont care what the stock price is at. Those guys are in it for the final pay day. So whether were at 1c, 5c, 8c, they dont care. The only thing they want is to be able to keep the price low enough so that they can do 6c pp's, and I hope we did our last one just now. That seller right now, GMP, is either a creditor or very old shareholder.

 

What I think is that everyone right now is out of the loop (Shareholders, Creditors, old insiders), hence all the larger and random houses selling. Remember, it's  the Doody and Bilcox show. So whether your in or out of the stock, they dont care. But with the proper DD, we all know what their aiming for eventually.

Doody holds 18m himself... Bilcox another 3m and a couple others hold a couple million each if my information is valid.

Yeah, if you add up all of the insiders (current and past) its close to 60%.

With the recent PP, Bilcox now has over 4 million shares, not including his 1.5 million options at 10c and Doody has just over 18 million shares, about 1/3rd of the O/S. Here is the list from Sedi.ca which

shows all the main insiders/institutions. There are some insiders on there that have received shares for debt in the past 2 years, but because they are not on the board it does not have to be updated. Anyone got level 2? someone continues to dump. Im hoping they run this down lower, fuk it im gonna buy more under 3 cents. With all these PP's done at 6 cents might as well buy at over 50% discount. Hope i dont regret this decision

Might as well. If Privco wants to be a donkey(whether its by choice or not) and drive the stock to nothing, put some large stink bids in at 1-2c haha. At this point I could care less about the stock price,

just like Bilcox and Doody. Their getting stuff done and trying to get this over with. If Privco doesn't want to wait, or they need funds, it doesnt change the company or project potential. They could of

saved even more money and done pp shares at 5c, but why didn't they? Its all preplanned at 6c so that they know exactly how much money they need every quarter for costs. Thats what I think anyway.

I just hate to see this stock at this level, since i'm under now and do not enjoy that at all. frown.gif, anyway i hope we get back above .06 soon.
