I am sorry I tried looking it up and put LOW in the search but it came up with no results must have been something wrong with the search at that time let the moderators combine the thread...

LOW - missed qtr but raised 2008 year forcast as a whole....a little green on a red filled day...i will take it....

raised guidance

LOW - for the fiscal year they raised guidance to a range of $1.48 - $1.56
the previous mark was $1.45 - $1.55...

Its been a while since I posted on this one but here we go....

It is worth noting that LOW is trading above its 200 MA for the FIRST time this whole year (actually since last september)....Techs are very strong for LOW right now. Im thinking this one will retest the mid 26 range when it will find alot of resistance. This would be where I would watch it really close for a possible sell before a possible triple top on the one year chart...

20 = resistance ...see if it can get back to its 20-26 trading range or will it falter.....Lowe's is a hard one to like here just because housing will be the last to recover during the credit crunch....could get a little run with the wild monkey rally that is taking place but I think it could be short lived

i'm in

well one of my other plays didnt go the way i thought today so instead i got another 100 shr here @ 19.80 its taken awhile but i got my avg down to where i want it...another timely dip when i have ready funds and i should be down to the $20.00/pps i am aiming for
again , i am and have been long on this , not swinging or flipping...patience

Sitting at solid $18 support right now, however LOW did violate this support once in oct & nov and hit $16 both times. Kevin it would be worth to watch to see if this level is violated or not in the next couple days before picking up shares....you may be able to get them cheaper.......also a possible reverse h&s if it plays out(would be nice)...so lots to look at here at these levels for confirmation before buying
