Its having a really tough time at open this morning. Curious to see how this plays out today. Its kind of annoying though with everyone always saying "tomorrow....tomorrow.......tomorrow".
wow whats happening today.. im almost back to where i started, anyone have any ideas?
I have no clue at this point. I thoguht it would be above .13 by now. I bought in at .058 and if this thing just stalls out all week I may just pull out and put those funds to use elsewhere. At first, this thing was supposed to "pop" about 3 days after the symbol change, which was the 12th and we see how far its gotten since then. Who knows.

This stock is rediculous, although it it is fun to go listen to all the excuses the IHUB'ers come up with. Very funny how their "life changing" stock hasnt changed many lifes at that bid price
post #128 of 288
hmm.. are you guys thinking about selling this yet or is there any chance this thing might go back up.. man it was looking sooo good to

Still holding mine for now. Looked like flippers and squeeze players bailing yesterday, not much volume today.
I'm holding till Friday, or after the holiday weekend. Sick of this "tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow" crap and after all, it is a pink.
Yea i guess ill hold on to it a little longer too. I went from extremely happy on friday to extremely mad on tuesday and its still dropping . Oh well, i hope it goes back up just a little bit. good luck guys
post #132 of 288
bounce here from .06 IMO
I hope so, cause it cant go much lower - hopefully. The also had som PR come out this morning but that didnt do squat to boost the stock. Funny how this stock went from an "over night short squeeze life changer" to a LONG play.

CORRECTION - SecureNetView, a Division of Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corp., Agrees to Acquire Significant Proprietary Technology

SIMI VALLEY, CA, May 21, 2008
(MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- In the news release, "SecureNetView, a Division of Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corp., Agrees to Acquire Significant Proprietary Technology," issued earlier today by Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corp. (PINKSHEETS: UDHC), we are advised by the company that the ticker in the first paragraph should read "(PINKSHEETS: UDHC)" rather than "(PINKSHEETS: UHCR)" as originally issued. Numerous other changes were made as well. Complete corrected text follows.

SecureNetView, a Division of Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corp., Agrees to
Acquire Significant Proprietary Technology

SIMI VALLEY, CA -- May 21, 2008 -- Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corp.
(PINKSHEETS: UDHC) today announced that The Board of Directors of SecureNetView, a division of Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corp. ("The Company"), has agreed to acquire certain proprietary technology.

The Company has reached an agreement to acquire certain new technology that will enable SecureNetView clients to now view their subscriber services over their cell phones and PDAs; this technology has been developed by a former IBM engineer and will accentuate future services and sales by SecureNetView.

The company's mega advanced technology has now prompted Ulysess/SecureNetView to enter further negotiations for an acquisition of its entire operation as its other state of the art technology to view businesses, day care centers, homes and other needed surveillance requirements in today's world within the monitoring arena, fits SecureNetViews' business objectives.

SecureNetView and its engineers are extremely impressed with the technology that has been developed, so much so that SecureNetView has made a significant offer to acquire the entire company (AVS), a Southern California-based Company, and all of its patents and technology including its current engineer and staff intact immediately.

"The company is intent on building its businesses with the best opportunities
available and this is one of the best presented to the company in a while; the
company is especially interested in the former IBM engineer that has developed this technology," said Clayton Young, President & CEO.

Mr. Young also stated, "The company is extremely grateful to Dr. Bob Beverly for all his hard work in bringing this deal to the table, as without him and his
vast network within the industry none of this would be possible."

Yep, thats it and as I said- nothing. If that didnt move the stock I dont know what will.

I think i might be a little lost now.. from what i know this company owns one eye glasses store. Now how would this technology of being able to check your subscriptions on your cell phone be of any use to anybody? Is anybody able to make any sense out of this or am i just missing something?

I am lost myself at this point. From what I understood, people who illegaly sold their shares had to by them back within 3 days after the symbol change, and I thought that is what would cause the short squeeze. Obviuosly, I am missing something cause that happened almost 2 weeks ago. Now they are talking some jazz about "accounting for all the shares" by May 30th. MY TAKE on this whole thing is that they lied about this short squeeze (or didnt tell the WHOLE truth) the try to generate some intrest in the company for this new CRAP they are coming out with. I would love to here what others think also. GOTTA LOVE PINKS

These 2 things are Not related. The technology being touted is for the SecureNetView Division, not the Retail Optical. http://www.securenetview.com/

The acquisition of SecureNetView has increased the work/mess surrounding getting the share count straight (if there is such a thing in penny land).

Chart lookin bad tonight, next support levels Im seeing are .055 and .045

That sucks. This is such a hard call. I know if I bail its gonna explode and if I keep it I'm gonna lose it - dam murphy's law

Kweidman,

I don't know if you are familiar with the previous history of this one but it was FGFC a while back. FGFC cost a bunch of folks a lot of cash. FGFC, like a lot of penny stocks, had several runs. People that sold in the run-ups made some cash but those that held long eventually lost most of their money.

Short squeezes among penny stocks are mostly fiction, despite the widely held belief they happen a lot. Nobody much is shorting penny stocks. It's too costly. You have to commit a lot of cash to short pennies. The reasons are given in the article below. Since I wrote the article there are perhaps some brokers that now make it easy to short pennies but I'm not aware of them. When there are rumors of a short squeeze in a penny stock, the stock may indeed move some but it's mostly from the belief the short squeeze is real - folks buying the stock, thinking a short squeeze will actually happen. Most of the time it doesn't in penny stocks.

I haven't been following UDHC closely so I don't know if it has the same management as FGFC had but if it does, I wouldn't believe a word the company says. Even if management is different now, I'd be very leery. UDHC may have some runs but I wouldn't hold it long-term thinking you will make a huge pile off it.
