Well, about that Pacer :



After digesting the Pacer and combining that with other items that have become public lately, Rufus is sounding more and more like one of those nuts who don't believe in filing taxes and still think their home is their castle and have a 50mm facing their barbed wired property.
Not saying if I agree with them or not, the point is, he is fighting city hall.
The shame of it is, he's dragged a lot of people into a battle, people who were investors in a dream, not a battle.

As an afterthought, didn't Rufus once say that he doesn't pay taxes, or something like that ?
