FEED - Agfeed Industries - Page 21

Where is this headed? Looks good to me...
A lot will depend on the chineese economy and the US economy. I expect depending on PR's that stock will remain around this area.

Feed is starting to look attractive this morning

p/e under 10 again... but shorted to hell. Last month the shorts piled on and they won (why we are here) and investors never got teh squeeze. A long time to Q2 earnings release late August which I am sure will be positive and spike this back to 6 month highs - but might it get cheaper? Will the institutional buy-ins bail out before $5 and really drive it down to insane valuations once again? I would love to pick some up at 1 or 2 something again! LoL

Uh, yeah, under 2 and I start unleashing the hounds 10% of my port at a time. 65% of the meat eaten by 1.3BB Chinese is pork. Now that is a market you can penetrate forever and still never capture 100% of the market. That's almost like buying stock in Oxygen or sunlight... total no-brainer.

That said, I am looking to load up under 4.50-4.40, or if it turns North before heading that low I'll grab on when the dip looks to be done.

Just read this thread and did some DD on this stock for this first time. This is a great find!! Balance sheet looks great and lots and lots of room for growth with this company. It's a lot similar to another Chinese company HRBN electric that I have my eye on. I will wait a little longer and look to get in this.

Watch the market. If we break support, this thing goes lower with the rest of the market. I'd love to get in below 2 since I missed it the last time. I'm making out my shopping list now and this one is on it.

it's heading that way

OMG i bet a lot of folks are hating those margin calls today! Dropping under heavy volume... looking for a smart after hours trade here if Alcoa + surprises.
Took up a small position at 4.27 with a tight mental stop as I watch my port bathe in red like that weird chick in Hostel II.
If Alcoa reports good do you guys see this going up a tad and that's why you're trying to play the flip? I looked at earningswhispers estimate and they have them -40 a share compared to estimated -38

Anyone buying FEED AH. I'm thinking a short swing trade

Nice comeback today and holding

If we get lucky and pop $5 today, I'm all out. Otherwise looking for this to establish support somewhere in the mid 4s and then I'll ride it for a swing trade. Also holding some Jul 5 calls which sadly still need the Calvary to bail them out.

FEED is a recent find for me from caps. It's definitely cooling off time but this one has much room to move up though. Since I traded in for some free shares, I thought I'd take some time and try to figure out a fair value for this company. For those of you who are value investors and in it for the potential value of FEED, you might find this of value in your DD.

FIGURING FAIR VALUE at 15% Est Growth rate
CURRENT EPS 0.57
Earnings Estimate next 5 Yrs 15
Number of Years takes to Double 4.8
Number of Doubles in 10 years 2.08
ESTIMATED EPS GROWTH RATE 1.19
ESTIMATD FUTURE P/E 30
Estimated PPS in 10 years $35.63
TODAY'S FAIR VALUE PRICE $8.91
MOS PRICE (50% of Fair Value) $4.45

I think this company is just getting warmed up.

Estimated Earnings Growth Rates

If you're doing your DD, you did notice, I hope, that I shot really low on the estimated Earnings Growth Rates at 15%. If I plug in the number 18%, which is very realistic, you can see the results of what today's fair value is for FEED at the bottom. Notice that the professionals have FEED at an estimated 34.10% Earnings Growth rate for 2010. http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor...es&Symbol=FEED ) That's a bit unrealistic to hold that number out over 5 years but for a year or two, the professionals think it's possible. A number in the 18-25% range is very possible over 5 years. If this does play out over the next 5 years, even at the highs of lately around $7.50, FEED is very cheep indeed.
This company is just beginning to rev up the engines. I am reading the wild swings in price as the big boys are adding more and more shares cause they know this thing will be way up in a year or two http://moneycentral.msn.com/ownership?Symbol=FEED . That's my take, but do your own DD and make your own choice cause you're the one who will have to live with the decision.

I've refocused a lot more money on this downturn on FEED and will have a whole lot more free shares riding after we pop to around $7 again.
