In most cases it would be inappropriate for them to be manufacturing too. That would create a channel conflict where they may start competing with existing customers and once that happens they start to lose the customer base they have developed. The trust would be gone.

The product is called Eko-Flor, from Conforce International, which is working with Beyer Material Science to market it against oak laminates and tropical hardwoods traditionally used in trailer and container flooring.
