CHC, I don't think they can even think about selling any of their shares right now.   If they tried to sell even 1 percent of what they own then the stock would be driven down below a penny.   I doubt many people would just swoop in and buy a bunch of cheap shares given the company's poor track record.  More likely it would just panic existing shareholders into trying to sell.  But with no buyers then I guess we're all at the mercy of the company and whether they can ever start producing anything in quantity.  So far it doesn't look good.   We're all pretty much trapped into an all or nothing mindframe.

It appears that it is the final letter from the SEC addressing some concerns they had with the way Conforce initially filed their Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011 and Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2011. It doesn't look like it's an issue.

Thanks for pointing out the other letters Sunarf, I had missed them completely.

It does sound like a non-issue.   I asked Adam, at Equity Group, about it and here is the response from him:-

Hi  *******,

Regarding the SEC letter that you mentioned, the Company will file an amended filing with all of the signatures from its officers as requested by the SEC and then expects the issue clear.  There’s no further issue that Conforce expects.

Best

I guess it's safe to say that every stockholder in this company is in the red right now. Even those so called professional investors.

I've spent the last three weeks trying to get out.  No one wants this toilet paper.  I hope they are happy.

500 shares at ten cents?  It looks like someone wants to make this look a bit better than it really is.

What's the expression about lipstick on a pig?

It's heading for 1 cent.   And given the state of the company one could argue that even at that level it's overvalued.

About the only thing that will get mgmt's attention is massive selling.   Nothing else seems to matter.

If there was ever a time for Marino to step up and talk to the shareholders, IT'S NOW!

This is a serious WTF moment that needs to be addressed.  No more statements about the interest in Eko-Flor exceeding all expectations.  I suspect that our expectations were MUCH higher!

I've written to Adam to ask for a statement from Marino.  I'd encourage everyone else to do the same.

Good luck.  This stock is doom.  The only gain we'll get out of it is the tax savings from stock losses.

Already emailed Adam and Conforce.

The vast nothingness coming from Conforce is not helping here, but neither is the tanking of the world markets.

I dunno... why wouldn't Bayer just buy the company?... we're talking a company with an EV around 10 million bux...  did Marino ever say he wouldn't sell?... The company is worth next to nothing.  It must literally be worth nothing or maybe not... It makes you think, 1) why EVER an interest from Bayer?... and 2) if interested why not take over everything?...chump change for a company like Bayer... i wonder what their involvement is today, at this very moment... if they are still involved, we should know... has anyone reached out to Bayer before, or more importantly, recently?

You should sign up for Bayer Material Sciences updates. At least once a week I get an email from Bayer about some new company developing some magic product using Bayer raw materials. If they bought every company they have a provider relationship with they would be overwhelmed.

Conforce needs to sell. Product, not the company, although I'd be happy to accept an offer for my shares
