The only thing I can think of is perhaps the cost is too high. Anyone know the cost per square foot versus wood??

According to the COA report, EKO-FLOR carries a $250 premium per 20' container. I don't know where they got the figure from, or how accurate it is, but that is what we have to go on now. The link I had for the PDF is not working for some reason, but I do have it saved on my computer.

But the fact is, whether it's $250 or $2.50, companies don't like to increase the bottom line what so ever. However, seeing how EKO-FLOR comes with a 12 year warranty, I think the benefits would out weigh the cost.

On the south end of the building there's plenty of open field. In fact the build has already been expanded southward 3 times, in the past 20 years, before it was purchased by Conforce.

Thanks for the update.

However, the only thing they will need to expand is the break room because the employees will be bored with nothing to do.

Hmm, ok.

Qusestions:

Why have we not had the slightest of updates on trials if they have been "ongoing" since 2010?

Why is the parking lot empty if they have been "ramping" up productions for te past few quarters.

If the trailer division has so much interest, why do we not currently have a profit?

Again, if the trailer division has so much interest, and trials are complete, why are there no sales?

Why have there been absolutely no benefits to being a shareholder?

What are the company's goals to produce shareholder value, if any?

When will the shareholders see a profit in their investment?

We keep hearing about these so-called trials...  When will the shareholders hear about the results?

Why are we paying out such large salaries without any kind of monetary progress?

When does Conforce think it can turn a surplus?

Why would Conforce think it could honestly build, equip, and staff a manufacturing facility in China, when it cannot do the same in a little plant in Indiana?

What, exactly, are the folks in the last "private placement" think about Conforce's lack of progress?

When, without putting Conforce in a choke-hold, do you expect, if ever, to move to the Amex or other big-board stocks?  (And, please, don't just give us an answer that you can never keep.   {We all, and the world, know that you have never kept a punctual promise yet}, please quit BS'ing us.

When will you turn a profit?

When will you release the fact of the trials?

We noticed from your website that Maersk and others are involved in "trials", yet you refuse to "name" those participating.  Why?

Why are you paying your top officials/employee's top dollar when they have yet to produce results?

Why does Conforce refuse to meet deadlines set for itself?

Why does Conforce continue to set its bar so high to draw in investors, then flatline or drop out each and every day?

Why does Conforce care less about their investors?  Why does Conforce insist on leading them on and completely withhold information from them?

Just a few running around my mind.

A few more questions: has the 450,000$ trail order for trailer flooring been fulfille?. If so why haven't we heard anything about a follow up order? Why are NONE of the trailer companies including Stoughton not offering Eko-Flor as an option in their trailers? Are they having problems getting the production line running properly.(the few releases sure hinted such)?

I saw they purchased 1600 baboo flooring containers but no mention of eko-flor.

Climate Change: CMA CGM confirms its commitment!

Beyond these actions, CMA CGM has also developed innovative solutions such as eco-containers. Today its fleet includes 130,000 eco-containers with bamboo flooring, low energy reefers (reducing energy consumption by up to three times) and light steel containers, made of a highly resistant and much lighter steel. A few weeks ago, the Group launched a trial of new “eko-flor” containers made with a composite flooring containing no wood.

(Highlight is mine)

That Article is from a year ago.  Since then, it would appear CMA CGM has run into some serious economic issues.

I think they lease a lot of their containers and I imagine, because of past economic issues, they have significant debt also.  Not good with the troubles Europe is having.

I think CMA was almost broke a few years back.  They recovered a bit, then the world economy started to hurt.

They should have used Eko a long time ago and they'd have a competitive edge by now, lol.

Perry Pearlman landed a new job at Double Coin Tires

It was encouraging to hear that they have filled half of the Vanguard order and it makes sense that they want to make the production lines as flexible as possible to match the requirements of the installation equipment.

It was a let down that we don't have any more information about the negotiations with the three major container groups they have been talking to.  We have to wait until the next calendar quarter.  We always have to wait until the next quarter or the next year.  I can't see this helping the PPS at all this year.

I guess the lines are running good now?   They are adding more?   If I understood correctly (which I probably didn't) but we'll see at least 250K of revenue this qtr from the Vanguard order??   But no profits....until somewhere in 2012.....sigh.....

I guess now we wait for news of orders.

I hope they can show the completed order on the QT.  It is nice to see that they are responding to the customers specific requirements.  Lets hope that leads to Vanguard being happy with the initial order and completing payment and maybe adding.

Marino just said on the CC that he believes this cost premium is now under $200 per 20' container, mainly due to the rising cost of wood flooring.
