I guess someone wasn't too impressed with Marino's coffee klatch
Here's my scenario, someone dumped and there was no bid sitting there, cause no one want's this crap. I hope you waved to your money before you bought this one.

If there is no bid, then who brought at .0001? The magic of the internet just suck up 1000 shares at .0001?

I believe someone made an order over the phone, some broker over the line made a typo and it went into the system before close.

Marino's 66,001,000 shares just turned into $6,600.

My CFRI is worth about $3.

Interesting...the Yahoo chart shows .17 up to .19 down to .17. Yet the days range shows 0.0001 - 0.0001 with volume of 1000. Looks like a fat finger to me.

Thanks for the updates and the pictures. That was a great series of posts and it has a lot more credibility coming from you since you've been harsh, blunt and critical of Conforce in the past.

I wonder if the strange trade was a broker adjustment. If it was real I'd gladly buy 5 million shares right now at that price.

Can someone please explain what just happened? How can a stock just dropped 99% of its value. My shares are worth last then a dollar.

My take is someone bailed without an ask price. So the market saw no bid so the 1000 shares went through at .0001...Maybe give Marino a call on his bat phone GP!

I am not going to be the board's Commissioner Gordon. Conforce's office number is 416-234-0266. Maybe the price will adjust tomorrow. JJ might want to buy at ask. Lift things up for everyone.

GP, I know you said not to send a cheap shot...but I just sent a really shitYY email about this activity.

Why? Some idiot newb probably put in a "market" sell order near the close and some unscrupulous MM took his/her money for cheap!
It's not the fault of Conforce.

OK, this is interesting... I'm sure it doesn't mean much, as we all know not many (if anyone) will be selling at .0001. I'm sure the next trade will sort this out.

As far as taking cheap shots, I don't think anyone here has taken any "cheap shots". I mean, I'm really happy that GP had the opportunity to check all of this out for us, but the facts here are still the facts....

By that, I mean, that nothing that has been PR'd has come to fruition, I mean NOTHING. Of course Marino et al are going to schmooze GP, what else are they going to do (he just showed up on their doorstep). They know that we (shareholders) are highly pissed and we want some results not just promises that repetitively come to pass.

Remember, as far as we know, they have not been truthful or transparent with us for over 2 years now. Hell, they didn't even make their last deadline with the audits...

Let's not lose sight of all the problems we face as shareholders because GP had a good experience. GP did us all a great service and I'm tickled pink that he had the chance to confront and mingle with the folks at Conforce.

But, we have been at a stand still for how many months now? We have been told of how many deadlines in the past two years?

"Cheap shots"?, I would call it the "truth".

Also, GP (I would love your input on this), that office looks mighty generic and empty. Is this their "new" office, that's costing a bundle? What do they have to do in there?

Personally, I would say "nothing" since all the R&D is finally finished and ALL the trials are surely underway by now.

Not trying to be a prick, sorry if it comes off that way. Just not convinced of much ATM.

Well, I do agree with you.

Actually, have my opinion changed after the visit? Not really. Trials are still in the process. SEC filing is "coming". Contracts are still waiting for approval. I didn't really go there for answers, because I know that if someone wants to lie to you, there is no way you will be able to get an honest answer. Their "official" answers are already written down on the shareholder update, and thats pretty much all we are going to get. I am not there for an argument thats for sure.

But you get to "feel" what the company is like by looking at the surroundings. Looking directly into Marino's eyes as he tells you the company's progress, you "read" much more into it than a written PR. Looking at an office, you sense how much time a person spends in the room. Etc etc. I have my opinions on the people I saw, but that is something you'll have to go find out and make your own judgements on.

That is the new office. Yes, I guess there is not a lot they can do while they wait for trail results (what would I know), but remember, they also run a multi-million revenue terminal operation. So it is not like they just sit there playing with their thumbs all day.

Please don't take my words as facts, I don't work there. I just had a short visit.

Alright, if you want to know what i saw in the office:

Remember, they were not expecting my visit. So this is not pre-arranged for shareholder visits.

From what I saw, I can tell the team has been actively marketing the products in the pass. The office is almost like a show room, prepared for product presentations.

One room, they had different reading materials on the table where EKO-FLOR had been publicized (world cargo news etc). A window by the front desk was a 42 inch LCD for playing the EKO-FLOR video. Meeting room had EKO-FLOR product samples, installation samples, and wood/bamboo floor samples. The EKO-FLOR coffee bar was an ice breaker/marketing tool, which makes good marketing sense.

Joe had a closet in his office where he hides his other prototypes (Mike showed them to me before they came back to the office). Protoypes had words or codes written on them.

Marino's office was a bit messier. Family pictures, empty cookie can, etc. You can tell he spends quite some time in the office.

In the back was three smaller offices, where Kathryn and another personnel have occupied (forgot his name). I guess there should be another person that I have not met, or the other office was just not being used (I didn't ask, but it was not empty).

Then there is an open are where the company can use for future expansion needs. I think you can fit a few cubicles in there.

I didn't take up Marino's offer to visit the terminal, I already have plans for next week.......this is my vacation after all. (Can't believe I spend most of the time online today, the market was crazy!)
