The bankruptcy was dismissed last Thursday (dismissed, not discharged), and the Q was removed from the symbol on Friday. Volume and price really picked up without any news (removal of the Q alone caused the increase), and looks to continue next week if news come out. CEO says share structure to stay the same and he has new businesses lined up.
