Have any of you actually read the Form 10 filing? I'm guessing the answer is no because no one has asked any questions yet. Let's get back on point and start an intelligent discussion. The filing contains a wealth of information. We have a 3 day weekend to read the documents and discuss their contents.Get to work class!

I got one for ya... I am no expert, but I would assume that the following statement from the financial section on the Form 10 would definately hurt the PPS, wouldn't you agree?:

We have had no revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2008 and 2007 and do not anticipate any significant revenues for approximately twenty-four months, as stated above.

And this as well:

We anticipate losses from operations will increase somewhat during the next twelve months due to anticipated increases payroll expenses as we add necessary staff and increases in legal and accounting expenses associated with becoming a reporting company. We expect that we will continue to have net losses from operations for several years until revenues from operating facilities become sufficient to offset operating expenses.

With out any significant revenue streams yet the stock will probable move up and down, with more of a down trend. For now, that’s fine with me.

I'm in it for the long haul and wouldn’t mind picking up more shares on the low side for now. The day will come when it takes off and good things will come to those who wait.

Closed with volume at 5300? Anyone know the time of that last trade? I cannot find it on pinksheets or my trade account.
