so anyway, the lawsuit has been filed against asegal1228. I see Cartman over at mpg trying to deflect this away from him.

OK, CCTC has had a busy week so far it seems, visitors from Archean, the ECP, filing their lawsuit against asegal1228, taking care of the SEC mistake that named them as a defendant when they are not a defendant in the SEC civil case against Hague. Wonder if they are still on track with announcing the location where the pilot plant will be?

anyone have a crystal ball to what milestone will bring the stock price to a point where it will match fundamentals?

I would assume the stock price is well worth over a dollar, maybe even two. I would think that if archeon already funded 2 million dollars the coal has been tested at some point. What gives? Revenue?
