You could test the waters here, use 8.75 as a stop loss level.

The chart is shaping up here imo Get this one on radar very weak support at 9.35 with major support clear down at 8.47 so keep a tight stop on this one.
Resistance is 9.92 9.94 10.20 and a possible 11.55

Back into double digits, not bad with oil pulling back, maybe we are finally getting some divergance from the oil action.

I was just looking at this and SOL last night considering a position. guess i have to wait for the next pullback - although this looks good for a nice run right now. maybe start a small position tomorrow or do i wait?

I would wait. Market turns down, and LDK gets crushed. I have traded this over and over again, and buying ~8.50ish seems like the play here. Running on the announced Chinese Solar Subsidies and the fact that well over 40% of the float (don't follow published numbers, PENG holds 70% of the float) is short. Earnings are going to stink to, that's the time to get back in IMHO.

Stock soared today. Raked in a nice profit, got out a bit early @ 10.13. I am still happy though, got in the low 9s.

LDK raises q2 revenue outlook. guess i have to wait a little longer for a pullback.
