Mr. Van De Steeg previously established an exhaust warehouse distribution company for Aero products in the territory he will oversee as regional sales manager. Since its inception in early 2004, Mr. Van De Steeg grew his distribution business to over 200 supporting shops within its territory.

As regional sales manager, Mr. Van De Steeg will be responsible for interfacing with the major regional warehouse distributors for Aero products that operate with his territory, including Franks Supply Co. of Houston, Texas, Wynne Exhaust of Wynne, Arkansas and Allied Exhaust, the largest independent warehouse distributor of automotive exhaust in the U.S. He will work directly with the distributors' in-house sales representatives, accompany them on visits to automotive repair and supply shops, and establish relationships with shop owners and operators.

He will also be responsible for establishing new distribution in the region for customer types that are not currently served by existing distributor relationships.

"Mr. Van De Steeg not only has a long-standing relationship with Aero and has extensive knowledge of our products, but he also brings a tremendous familiarity of his territory through his experience as an Aero distributor in the region," stated Bryan Hunsaker, chief executive officer of Franchise Capital and Aero Exhaust.

"We expect there to be an immediate impact on our distribution relationships in the area due to Mr. Van De Steeg's hiring, and we look forward to updating our shareholder on his progress," Mr. Hunsaker added.

Mr. Van De Steeg will report to Aero's new national sales manager, Bill Franzke.

Timely confirmation of the firm that will perform the audit of Aero Exhaust is an immediate priority due to the fact that the audit of Franchise Capital's consolidated financial information, which will include Aero's audited financial results, must be completed and filed within four days of the close of the acquisition.

"The appropriate market, financial and industry analysis has been completed, and we are pleased to have determined a rescheduled closing date for Franchise Capital's upcoming acquisition of Aero Exhaust," stated Franchise Capital Corporation Chief Executive Officer Steven R. So help me understand here. Since the close will be the end of Sept., FCCN will need to do another 10Q, right? Wouldn't that be due next week? It would be nice to see the latest GGI numbers before the close of the merger.

Looking up from here in any case.

Good Morning All!

Nice new thread.

I have enjoyed reading this thread for several months. I hold 60000 at just under 2 cents. I failed to sell another penny at the appropriate time to make a some profit trying to make a killing. I don't want to make that mistake here. I realize it is hard to get an honest response on an internet 'hot stock!!!!!' site but still. Can someone give me an estimate of what this could do? I have never been involved in something like this with a merger.

Thanks in advance!

Good question. I planned on calling Beyer today and will find out. I think you're right about the 10Q. Also someone mentioned if GGI is/was done selling and Beyer said FCCN would 8K that event. Hasn't happened as of this morning.

I really dont think we know what it can do. It depends on the audited fincials after the merger completion to get an idea. Also the share structure.

Hard to say.

Watch the resistance lvls, look at the volume, take some off the top ride some freebes.

I think that if that is the case, Aero would want the merger completion done BEFORE the 10q of Sep 30 is due.

Their intention is to have Aeros 2 years included with FCCNs.

If FCCN has to file a 10q before the merger, it could slow things up.

At the risk of sounding pumpish.

Lets also consider this.

Hunsaker could have completed this merger at any time IF his intentions was to be a pinksheets listed stock. Complete the merger, feed pump PR after pump PR and dump into the volume. No cash or effort would have been needed or warranted to get FCCN complant to do just that.

But that isn't the case it seems.

FCCN and AERO has been going thru all these motions for a reason.

Thanks gatita.

I will try to pull the trigger on selling half the shares at an appointed time to get my money back and ride free shares. Then it really doesn't matter and I can be a bit risky. When it starts to go up dramatically it is hard to sell as the old greed nature kicks in.

hoping for great things!

With out a doubt. I know first hand that greed will make you poorer faster than anything else.
