One of the hottest stocks on the market belongs to Lululemon.  The company has no debt, solid cash flow, EPS set to top $1.00 this year.
But what about Lululemon as hot clothing line?
According to a research note today from Bank of America Merrill Lynch's equities team, the yogawear plan to move into something they're calling "technical street."
We are working on getting photos, but here's what we know so far, according to BAML
The technical, sport-inspired clothing will be a substitute for "traditional apparel"
In a presentation for the analysts, management showed off a "synthetic men's blazer and stretch pant look"
This can be worn in both casual and work settings

wow!!...the moves are jus ridiculous..on either direction...

 

 

 

For the intermediate speculator, now is not the time to be making new purchases in growth stocks such as LULU, ALXN, AAPL, BIDU, KORS etc.  Keep in mind that when the overall market is down, 75% of stocks (even quality stocks like LULU) will follow suit.  Most of these stocks are now testing their 50-day moving averages and LULU could follow suit down to the 70-71 range.  Look for overall market buy signals to return to these growth names.

If you already have a position in LULU keep an eye on volume and the acitivity along the 50-day to see if there is insitutional support. Note the siginificant instituitional selling on April 10 and today.

damn remember those 2 12k block 80x april calls contract buys... was for like 1.36/ea.

 

calls are now worth .05 x .10

 

damn that was a total $3,264,000 + commissions someone payed for that play. at least u aren't down that much

it explains why weve had some crazy moves in lulu for the last 2 weeks.....

 

these guys brought lu down 2% when they entered the calls

from then we probably hit a week highj of 77
