Last week I did OK on the earning plays, but I got slaughtered on my longer term holdings. MER and UTC were pushes. INTC I am losing on. NE and SLB are doing very well and I expect them to keep going up. SLB calls more than doubled. But there are a ton of Earnings this week, so watch you holdings. Lots of oil companies, areospace, airlines, housing, and tech reporting this week. Here are some of the Earnings being reported this week:

HAL - reports before market opens on Monday! Oil stocks should be up all day, IMHO

After market on Monday/Before Market on Tuesday

INTL, TXN, NFLX, TIE, T/EMC, MCD, LMT, BTU

After market on Tuesday/Before Market on Wednesday
AMZN, HOKU, NTRI/APD, BA, COP

BUD - Reports during hours on Wed

After market on Wed/Before Market on Thursday
AAPL, AMCC, BIDU, LSI, PHM, RYL/ABB, APA, BZH, CMI, DHI, DO, XOM, LVLT, NTDOY (Nintendo!), POT, RTN, SI/SYNA

CVX - During hours Thursday. Should be a shot in the arm on Thursday.

Friday after the close

AAPL and Texas Instruments will be the Tech biggies. Also BIDU is interesting on how they are doing. Just slightly worried that AAPL may not kill earnings, but I think they will make big increases the future projections.

It's going to be interesting how BIDU fares after GOOG didn't make it's estimates. Might be worth playing.

I was thinking it was one of the oil services companies for some reason. I am not play any agriculture companies, but they have been doing well. It is probably a sector I should watch more.

POT should have no troubles exceeding earnings. They are having no problems getting rid of their supply of fertilizers, and the price of potash keeps soaring

My game plan for the week is to play the oil companies before earnings, bet on AAPL, and short Housing stocks prior to reporting. And then bet on AAPL some more.

TIE is getting beaten down for some reason, down almost 2%. May be a good time to get in before earnings which are announced tonight.
