Wilkie, Saskatchewan, Canada – heavy oil project
Refer to our news release of April 25, 2007, whereby Deloro Resources Ltd. agreed to acquire a 75% interest in 3765 acres of oil leases in the Wilkie area, covering a McLaren oil zone in a channel ½ to ¾ of a mile wide and over five miles long. The zone has six vertical wells and one horizontal well to define the structure. Deloro has agreed to assign its 75% interest in the water disposal well and $100,000 cash payment to acquire 75% interest in the project from Ontic Energy Inc. The transaction is subject to acceptance by the regulatory authorities before proceeding with the project. We will have an engineering report on the Wilkie acreage in the next two weeks to evaluate this acquisition
