I'm wondering if a big time dilution is coming.
I doubt a large share dilution. This project is going to create cash flows and I think they could take on a loan rather than a share dilution. As long as cash flows will be flowing, the banks shouldnt have a problem setting up a credit facility

Kindersley Update

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Louis Lees, President of Deloro Resources Ltd. (DLL-V) listed on the TSX Venture Exchange wishes to announce that, further to our news release of July 16, 2007, Deloro would own a 50% interest in the 2720 acres of leases and the gas gathering system pipeline and equipment by drilling and completing one well 11 - 4 -- 34 -- 25 -- W4 and re-completing an existing well at 1 -- 4 -- 34 -- 25W4.

Deloro Resources Ltd. will be the operator of the entire project. The area of interest for the Kindersley Joint Venture will include any acreage acquired in T33 and 34 R25 & 26 W3M.

The original agreement, outlined in our news release of March 26, 2007 had a commitment of three wells to be drilled and completed to earn the interest in the lands and did not include the pipeline gas gathering system.

The gas pipeline system is a very necessary item. Natural gas production cannot be marketed without the gas gathering system. We are able to charge other companies for transporting their gas through our pipeline system and we have access to gas markets for our own gas production.

There are two main production zones in the area. Gas production occurs in the Manville zone and oil and gas production the upper Viking zones. There are over 800 wells producing from the Viking zone south of our project area. Natural gas production is drilled on 640 acres spacing, whereas oil and gas production is (present in the Upper Viking zones) and these wells are drilled on 40 acres spacing. We could possibly drill 16 Viking oil wells on section 4 and only one Manville gas well.

It is interesting to note the 1 -- 4 -- 34 -- 25 -- W3M well produced a large volume of gas from the Manville zones before the zone was permanently damaged by excessive production rates. During the next two weeks we will abandon the Manville zone, test and complete the Viking zone for production to finish our earning commitment into the Joint Venture.

We will complete the program on the 1 -- 4 -- well before we test the lower gas zones and the Viking zone in the 11 -- 4 well. It may be possible to drill close in on the 1 -- 4 well and locate the large gas zone that was present in the 1 -- 4 well. Gas in the Manville zone is on 640 acre spacing.

From a technical standpoint, yesterday finished with a little doji, which would indicated a turning point one way or the other. I am not a great chartist, but I like the ascending triangle formation (thats what I call it). I would be surprised to see this turn down with the last news about the gas pipeline. Here's hoping for at least a double.

2 weeks ago they said it will take 2 weeks to finish the well. now it is another 2 weeks!! resignation of the CFO...!!!
At least they gave a new release.
This was the statement from the earlier release"
recompletion of the 1-4-34-25-W3M well is planned for the next two weeks to complete its earning commitment into the 50-per-cent-Deloro, 50-per-cent-Trigas-Ventures joint venture.
And this from the new release:
It is interesting to note the 1 -- 4 -- 34 -- 25 -- W3M well produced a large volume of gas from the Manville zones before the zone was permanently damaged by excessive production rates. During the next two weeks we will abandon the Manville zone, test and complete the Viking zone for production to finish our earning commitment into the Joint Venture.
So basically they are stating they are done with the Manville zone and are moving on to the Viking zone.
Good update IMHO.

that is from the july 16 release;
"Deloro is also committed to re-complete the well 1-4-34-25W3M by re-entry of the existing well bore and abandonment of the lower unproductive zones then fracturing the upper Viking Zones for oil and gas production." I think that the damage of the well did occur before the joint venture took place and they are just stating that the lower zone got damaged before just to attract some attention.
I dont think they came up with any new news this time since all of which was old news except the news regarding the board of director changes!!!!
It should be interesting to see when they will start drilling the other project (supposedly a bigger project) and how they will finance it?
the weird thing is they dont post their news on either ccnmatthews or cnwire??!! most of the news is from their website
post #154 of 660
yes, I've noticed that too. I don't get any news for Deloro on stockhouse or CNX. Looks like they used to be in SEDAR, but stopped.
was just checking around, Deloro news do get posted on stockwatch.com

The chart has formed a symetrical triangle - tendency is to breakout out towards the direction that the chart was moving before this formation(upside) - usually trades on low volume as the formation continues to make higher lows and lower highs. Looks like MacD is turning bearish, but the retracement from the high and the pullback into the high .30 cent range could make an interesting trading week - hope I'm right.

I talked to louis Lees for almost 20 minutes today and got a lot of information about the projects of the company;
-The banks do not care about financings of such projects so it will be a PP, one soon for the kindersley project but a bigger one coming in september for the wilkie project.
-DLL owns 5 sections on kindersley project and the average wells are 16 per section max, average production is about 20-40 dropping to 10-20 of light crude oil per well (300k each drill)and the same anmount +/- for natural gas.
-I had a good guess and Mr lees confirmed that they are looking at Ivanhoe technology (IE.T) and that he knows the president and that there is a strong possibility to use their technology.
-They cant acquire more land n the wilkie project because natural resources company owns everything else.
-they are acquiring a third project (behind the scenes) waiting to be finalized.
-they are getting more attention from brokers now
-the oils that are already drilled in Wilkie saved them a lot of money since it is expensive to drill them.
-they got rid of the water disposal company since it wasnt grabbing any attention from anyone
I will add other comments as soon as I remember them
post #158 of 660
Can't they just apply for a loan?
he said that the bank will not approve a loan if you have nothing in production yet
post #160 of 660
