Follow-Up Drilling At Forum's DD Zone Intersects Widespread Uranium

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vancouver, BC. June 13, 2007. Forum Uranium Corp. (FDC: TSX-V) is pleased to announce results from follow-up drilling on uranium mineralization encountered on the DD Zone (see news release dated December 13, 2006) at the Key Lake Road project, where the Company is focused on shallow, unconformity-style basement deposits. Multiple zones of uranium mineralization were intersected over a total length exceeding 140 metres (m) in hole DD-16 within strongly sulphide-altered, fractured and brecciated graphitic pelite. Further drilling of the DD Zone is planned later this year to test this area of increasing uranium mineralization and alteration. The DD Zone is located along Provincial Highway 914 approximately 60 km from the Cameco/AREVA Key Lake uranium processing facility in the eastern Athabasca Basin, northern Saskatchewan.

Rick Mazur, President & CEO stated, "The significance of this drillhole is the intensity of uranium mineralization and alteration throughout the entire hole. Uranium mineralization seems to be increasing to the east of the original DD surface mineralization in an area of overburden that exhibits elevated concentrations of uranium in lake sediments and soil samples. Further drilling in this area is planned this fall to fully evaluate the extent of the DD showing."

DD-01 and DD-03 were drilled in the fall of 2006 to test the outcrop uranium showings in the DD Zone and intersected uranium mineralization with trace sooty pitchblende grading 0.15% U3O8 over 0.25 metres and 0.18% U3O8 over 0.25 m respectively, within sheared and altered graphitic rocks and hematitic breccia. An electromagnetic conductor was outlined east of the locations of these holes and a bog anomaly of 101 ppm uranium and a lake sediment anomaly of 9 ppm uranium were found east of this weak conductor. Two holes, DD-15 (collared 50 m east of DD-01) and DD-16 (collared 50 m east of DD-03) were drilled in late April to test the down dip extension of uranium mineralization encountered in drillholes DD-01 and DD-03 in the area of these geophysical and geochemical anomalies.

DD-16 encountered sporadic uranium mineralization throughout the entire length of the hole from 51m to near the bottom of the hole at a depth of 193.6 m. The uranium mineralization occurs in fractures and breccia within graphitic pelite to semipelite and is associated with strong pyritization as pyrite stringers and nodules. The grades of the mineralization range from 0.011% U3O8 to 0.09 % U3O8 in over 12 intervals of 0.2 m each. Uranium mineralization in DD-16 is more widely distributed and the intensity of the mineralization is increasing in comparison to mineralization found in hole DD-03. Follow-up drilling of this hole to the east of DD-16 is planned for this fall further into the hangingwall of the weak conductor and in an overburden covered area in the vicinity of anomalous lake and bog geochemistry.

A plan map of the drill holes can be viewed at: http://www.forumuranium.com/s/KeyLakeRoad.asp

Quality Assurance/Quality Control

Samples were shipped by the Company's geologist in security sealed containers to Loring Laboratories Ltd. in Calgary, Alberta. Rock samples are crushed to minus 10 mesh, split to a 250 gram sample and

pulverized to 90% passing 150 mesh. Samples are analyzed by 30 element ICP analysis which report as ppm uranium and uranium content is converted to %U3O8 content. ICP results over 1000 ppm uranium are check assayed by fluorimetric analysis. A result of 0.1% U3O8 is equivalent to 2 pounds of U3O8 per short ton. All holes were logged with a downhole radiometric probe.

Dr. Boen Tan, P. Geo. (Saskatchewan), Forum's Chief Geologist and Qualified Person supervised the DD drill program and has approved the contents of this news release.

Was torn between this and PCM, but ended up buy more of this after a steep drop the past couple of days. It just didn't make sense after the PR and it started forming a doji formation at a bottom, a good sign for a reversal. Hope I am right because I am loaded up.

Forum Defines Seven Priority Uranium Exploration Targets, North Thelon Project, Nunavut
Wednesday February 6, 9:00 am ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 6, 2008) - Forum Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE:FDC - News; "Forum"), operator of the North Thelon Joint Venture ("NTJV") with 50% partner Superior Diamonds Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SUP - News; "Superior"), is pleased to announce results from its 2007 regional exploration program at its strategically located property nearby the AREVA Resources Canada Inc.("AREVA") Kiggavik feasibility stage uranium project in the Thelon Basin, Nunavut. The program has identified seven significant uranium occurrences with grab samples grading from 0.08% U308 to 1.3% U308 AREVA recently announced the commencement of a feasibility study and permitting of the 148 million pound, unconformity-style Kiggavik uranium deposit grading 0.28% U308. Forum and Superior have committed to a $4.5 million exploration program for the 2008 field season, including a minimum of 3,000 metres of drilling.

Rick Mazur, President & CEO of Forum Uranium Corp., stated, "AREVA's announcement has important implications that have yet to be recognized by Canada's financial and resource sectors. Forum will maintain its exploration focus in the area of the potential Kiggavik mine in Nunavut as well as on its Saskatchewan uranium exploration properties."

Forum and its geological contractor, Taiga Consultants Ltd. conducted an exploration program from July through to September, 2007 on its 100% owned joint venture ground and on the adjoining ground optioned from Tanqueray Resources Ltd. where three uranium showings grading up to 1.07% were reported (See Forum News Release dated November 20, 2007). Field crews examined numerous historical uranium showings on the NTJV property and, through further investigation of other areas of favourable geology and structure, discovered previously unreported uranium mineralization of particular interest as follows (see location map at http://www.forumuranium.com/i/maps/NTJV.jpg):

- FOR-62 - A newly discovered occurrence in a thrust faulted package of quartzite and metawacke with uranium values up to 1.3% U308 at the intersection of NW and ENE trending faults.

- Tarzan - This well located prospect covered by overburden lies along a northeast structure (identified by existing airborne magnetic and electromagnetic surveys) which hosts AREVA's End deposit, Andrew Lake deposit and Jane showing that lie 3 km to the northeast of Forum's property.

- Nutaaq (Inuktitut for "Something New") - A newly discovered occurrence over a 4km by 2km area in regolithic quartzite and metawacke intruded by fluorite-bearing granite with results up to 0.18% U308. A gravity survey has identified gravity lows which may indicate zones of alteration.

- Pyro Lake - An historical occurrence in regolithic metawacke and metavolcanic rocks at the unconformity with overlying Thelon conglomerate. Grades of 0.13% U308 occur in an area of the intersection of three faults.

- Ivitaaq (Inuktitut for "Red Rocks") - An historical occurrence in regolithic metawacke and quartzite at the unconformity with Thelon conglomerate. Grades of up to 0.19% U308 occur at the intersection of two fault systems.

- Boundary - Thrust faulted quartzite and metawacke cut by a WNW to NW fault system. Grades of up to 0.08% U308 occur at the intersection of these two fault systems.

- Red Hearts - A complex network of predominantly ENE and NNW trending faults within quartzite and metawacke, which are strongly radioactive. Assays have not yet been received.

These occurrences will be further evaluated by an airborne apparent resistivity survey planned for the spring of 2008, followed by ground gravity surveys and detailed structural mapping and prospecting. Forum has engaged Bradley Brothers Limited for a 3,000 metre drill program to commence in July, 2008.

Samples were analyzed using the Uranium ICP Package at the Saskatchewan Research Council, an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (CAN-P-4E) certified laboratory. Ken Wheatley, P.Geo. (Saskatchewan, NWT/Nunavut), Forum's Vice President, Exploration, is the Qualified Person that has reviewed the contents of this news release.

History of Uranium Exploration in the Kiggavik Area

Exploration for uranium in the northern Thelon Basin was conducted primarily from the mid-1970's to the mid-1980's culminating in the discovery of the Kiggavik deposits located 80 km west of Baker Lake, Nunavut by Urangesellschaft Canada Ltd. AREVA acquired the project in 1993. The 101,000 hectare NTJV property was staked adjacent to AREVA's Kiggavik property in 2006. A uranium development policy for the Territory of Nunavut was adopted in September 2007 and shortly thereafter, AREVA and joint venture partners JCU (Canada) Exploration Company Limited and DAEWOO International Corporation announced the commencement of a two year feasibility study and the regulatory process to obtain the necessary approvals for a uranium mine and mill complex on the Kiggavik deposits (See AREVA News Release dated December 3, 2007). AREVA reports a resource estimate of 148 million pounds of uranium at an average grade of 0.24% U (0.28% U308). The Kiggavik deposits (Kiggavik, End, Andrew Lake and Jane) also contain significant quantities of gold and platinum.

Forum Uranium Drills Into a Major Basement-Hosted Hydrothermal Alteration Zone at Maurice Point, Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan
Tuesday April 22, 9:00 am ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 22, 2008) - Forum Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE:FDC - News) and option earn-in partner Mega Uranium Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:MGA - News) are pleased to announce that its winter drill program has been completed on the Maurice Point property, located nearby Cameco Corporation's 1.3 million pound Maurice Bay uranium deposit in the Athabasca Basin of northern Saskatchewan. A total of 10 holes for 2,321 metres were completed in two target areas on the project, ground gravity surveys were completed on three grids and an ongoing resistivity survey has covered parts of two grids (See http://forumuranium.com/i/maps/Maurice-Point-Web2.jpg).

The highlight of the program was the drill intersection of a very large and re-activated basement fault system with associated strong hydrothermal alteration. Alteration and brecciation extend down to a depth of more than 250m, similar in size and style to that seen at several basement-hosted deposits in the Athabasca Basin (AREVA's and UEX's Shea Creek mineralization with alteration extending up to 200m into the basement, and Cameco's Millennium deposit with an indicated resource of 45.8 million pounds U3O8, source: Cameco 2005 Annual Report, with mineralization extending 150m into the basement). The fault system was identified by the ground gravity survey and subsequently drilled.

Ken Wheatley, Vice President, Exploration stated, "I have seen very few structures of this magnitude and with this amount of alteration within the basement lithologies underlying the Athabasca Basin. It appears that a large volume of fluid has been pumped along this fault system and our future exploration programs will be concentrated along this highly prospective target. We are also very pleased that the gravity survey worked so well in identifying this target; this geophysical tool will now be used throughout the property to search for other zones of alteration." This large fault system (the McKenzie Fault) is approximately 30 kilometres long and only 200 metres of strike length has been drilled by Forum.

Colin River Grid - Five holes were drilled on the Colin River grid, about 18 kilometres northeast of Cameco's Maurice Bay deposit. These tested the McKenzie Fault which was identified in the airborne magnetometer survey completed in 2007, and by the ground gravity survey in 2008. This large and reactivated fault system was intersected in three of the holes, with bleaching and hematization extending from surface to more than 250 metres in depth. The fault in this locality shows no uranium mineralization, but its strike extends for more than 30km and gives Forum a large number of targets to investigate in future exploration programs.

Beach Zone Grid - Five more drill holes were completed in the vicinity of the Beach Zone where uranium mineralization was identified both in boulders and in regolithic basement outcrop, with grades in grab samples of up to 6.3% U3O8. Weak gravity anomalies were tested on land around the mineralized outcrop areas. Variably hematized and mylonitic basement lithologies were present, but little in the way of reactivated structures or radiometric anomalies was intersected. Several gravity targets under the lake and nearby the contact with the Athabasca sandstones were not tested due to technical problems with the drill. These will be tested in future drill programs.

Spring Point Grid - Drill holes planned for the Spring Point area were also not completed as the drill had to be demobilized before spring break-up. However, a gravity survey was completed over this grid.

A resistivity survey has been partially completed on the Colin River and Beach Zone grids, and is designed to delineate any parallel zones of alteration along the McKenzie Fault. Further prospecting and geophysical surveys are recommended for the upcoming summer and a 2009 drill program is being considered by Forum and Mega. Mega can earn a 55% interest in the Forum-operated Maurice Point project by spending $8 million over 3 years.

Quality Control/Quality Assurance

Core samples were collected from the 10 drill-holes and shipped in sealed containers to the Saskatchewan Research Council, an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (CAN-P-4E) certified laboratory for geochemical analysis using the Uranium ICP Package. This package is the preferred analytical technique for detecting uranium and pathfinder elements in the alteration halos of unconformity-type uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin. Results are expected in 3 to 4 months. Ken Wheatley, P.Geo. (Saskatchewan, NWT/Nunavut), Forum's Vice President, Exploration is the Qualified Person that has reviewed the contents of this news release.
